I booked a 2 bedroom apartment with 3 single beds and 1 sofa bed. When we first arrived to get the key from the agent at the lobby, he did not show us around the house, just gave us the key and told us after checking out to drop the key in the mail box. When we came to the unit, there were 2 missing bed and we asked for the remaining 2 but unfortunately there was one 1 single bed for us left cos it was fully booked. After settling down for few hours, when it was bedtime(half past midnight), we went to our room and wanted to watch the TV as it is provided in the room. So we when pressed button to turn on the tv, there was only red light and no display-after 1 min trying to turn on TV and it did not on, we then thought it was hanged and decided to go to bed. We did not call the agent to inform about it cos it was late night and never thought that it was actually broken. So when we checked out, we did as told by the agent to just drop the key in the mailbox. Then i left the hotel to go back home ans packed some stuff then headed to KLIA to catch a flight to Kota Kinbalu. When I arrived i saw few missed calls from agent stating there is a broken tv and asking me to pay for it. I was so shocked and explained what happened. Today, we spoke to them again and they are asking us to pay fo the broken TV which we didnt used. Of course I said that it is not my fault, you gave me a faulty tv why should I pay for it? This guy Mr Chen starting raising his voice and asking for payment.
