They tured down our booking and canceled. It left us hi and dry with no wifi. If not for the kind guard and the man at the chicken restaurant down the street,, we would have been stuck in the middle of the night.

Probably 1 or 2 night short stay is OK. But not recommendable for longer stays. +PROS +Easy check-in and check-out +Supermarket nearby (no need to go outside) +Brand new e-kettle, microwave, washing machine & large refrigerator installed +Huge car parking spaces connecting to shopping mall +No ants nor no geckos in the room -CONS -Excess amount than the booked price was debited from my account. (It took 1 week until refund it) -WhatsApp response from owner is very slow (Anxiously late and minimum reply) -No wifi and TV channel available (TV doesn’t function) -Owner’s staff might entered the room without notice during we were out and changed room key passcode. (he informed us the new passcode but it was incorrect) -Insufficient consumables preparation: No toilet paper had been prepared (asked owner twice to supply) No kitchen detergent, kitchen wash sponge, dish towels (dishes and bowls had not been washed clean) No face towel, shampoo, tissue paper -Only one hanger in the wardrobe (supplied them 1 week later) -Insufficient kitchenware: only large (30cm long) dulled kitchen knife and scorched large wok had been prepared. But, approx.35cm diameter wok is not suitable for flat panel cooking heater. If there are small size (approx. 25cm diameter) flat bottom flying pan, pot with lid, short knife, kitchen scissors, spatula, ladle, strainer, mixing bowl and dish towel would be useful -Laundry rack and mop or broom needed -Window glasses are not clean -A giant cockroach ran away
