The room was clean. Staff was prompt when called. A lot a local activity outside the hotel doors. The room was very basic, no where near as elaborate as the advertisement photo. There was a leak under the bathroom sink.

Perfect location but very noisy

+ The location is perfect. The room was clean and the staff very friendly. - Not soundproof at all, a lot of sound from other rooms in night. Nothing to hang on the door if you didn’t want to be disturbed, so housekeeping knocking on door and wake us up every day to ask.

It was a centralised area.

The hotel was located between bukit bintang and berjaya times square. Both at a walking distance of around 5-10mins. We got to know that the hotel officially open the day before we checked in, therefore, some construction is still going on. The staffs were polite, answering any questions that came to our minds. They encouraged us to give feedbacks on the hotel as to improve their services, which we gladly did. The area of Jalan Alor may be quite quiet during the day but from 4pm onwards, the nightlife begins. Staffs also recommended some of the best food restaurants and food vendors around the area.

i stayed in room 703. off the bat there were small signs that made me regret trying this hotel (just because it was relatively new) the door to the bath room was flimsy and already spoilt at the door handle area, the door could close but it looked like it would fall apart any moment. the bath room was a good size but fittings were looking abit worn considering its bare 2-3 years old? and the ceiling above the shower was leaking water and there's a huge wet patch with mold, that was abit of a turn off for me but it was not a deal breaker for me. the room is a good size for the price, not a lot of channels for viewing on the TV but its okay for me. as my room was next to the lift, the soundproofing left a lot to be desired as i could hear people coming and going at all hours of the day. and the lift doors have some left over tape or material that drags and makes a really loud sounds when it closes, so the hotel staff may want to have a look at that. on weekends you can hear the hustle and bustle of Jalan Alor's dining stalls and buskers as well. my pillows were not clean, but the good thing is they were nice and firm. i didnt want to create a fuss as i was just staying there for 2 nights so i used a shirt over the pillows and that did the job for me. the bed was okay, weird sort of foam that was not consistent in form throughout but does the job, i could still sleep every night. again though, the plus was the price and the location of the hotel, that's about it for me

1. Common areas i.e. corridor and lifts, smelt musty and stale. 2. Bathroom (especially shower stall) was grimy. 3. There was no bottled water in the room. 4. There was no shaving kit. 5. It was noisy till late at night. 6. Staff could be more helpful. 7. There were flies buzzing around the breakfast buffet. The food was not covered at all times so this presents a hygiene issue.

The hotel is located in a very convenient area, facing Jalan Alor and within walking distance to both Bukit Bintang and the Petronas Twin Towers. The guest room was kept clean and I had a comfortable stay. However, compared to other hotels in the same price range nearby, I found a few aspects that could be improved. The breakfast buffet had limited options, and some of the dishes that should have been served hot were unfortunately cold. The coffee from the machine was also instant. Personally, I felt that instead of paying extra to have breakfast at the hotel, it would be more satisfying to eat at one of the local eateries nearby, many of which open early in the morning. Additionally, the in-room security box was not anchored, meaning it could be carried away entirely, which defeats the purpose of having a safe. I thought this was a concern in terms of security.

トランジットの関係で一泊しました。部屋自体はきれいで、清潔感があり、お風呂の水量も全く問題なかったです。立地に関しても目の前にフードストリートがあり、ご飯を食べてすぐに帰れるのでとても良かったです。ただ、コネクティングルームの部屋だったので、繋がっているドアの部屋のノイズ、テレビの音が気になりました。
