"This property let us book a room at 7pm and although clearly on their site it states check in is available until midnight, at 9:20 we arrived to a dark abandoned house. We tried reaching the manager via what’s app and after an hour he finally answered and told us to “find another place to stay, he’s closed”. The property is non refundable so I’ve been fighting with Expedia for a refund which to this point they’ve refused to issue. Absolute disaster. I’ll be claiming a fraudulent transaction...

"We loved this property! After having another property owner from another site refuse to honor the rental (he double-booked), we found this place at the last minute. The owner and his wife were so gracious and welcoming — and able to get the place ready for us in short order. The apartment is very charming and a lot more spacious than it looks online. "Clean room. Nicely situated in the middle of the nice small town. Breakfast was delivered to the room and was excellent. Public Parking is a few steps from thecroom and paid by the host."

"We enjoyed a most wonderful stay at this lovely property. Our spacious and clean room with incredibly comfortable bedding and pillows had huge windows and a balcony that overlooked the pool, vineyards and the sea! The view was breathtaking! Antonio, along with his warm and inviting staff, made us feel at home right away. They were attentive and engaging and prepared dinners for us that were the most beautiful, delicious (and plentiful!). There is lots to see and do in the area including hiking, biking, wine tasting and historic sights. If we have the fortune to return to the Peninsula, we would definitely stay at Antonio’s again."

"I tired to communicate with the property 2 days before my stay to coordínate transportation to hotel and there was no answer. Manager said they didn’t recibe my emails. Phone number on the webpage of the hotel is not working because I also tried contacting them. I stay es in pooring rain for two hours, a local gentlemen took me to the hotel, if not I would’ve had to walk from port to hotel in a rain y day. On my check out they coordinated me transporte which was €9 for 1km. Absolutely a ripoff. Hotel should check phone number posted in hotel’s website, should be more diligent on Expedia customers emails and have a shuttle available for customers that arrive with out transportation to the port. Also they should have reference on how to contact a taxi or transportation company to avoid this happening again. The girl in the front desk said some soanish guests had the same experience before. So this is commón situation in this hotel. Not recommended at all."
