"Absolutely stunning view of the entire beach from our room! Very comfortable and quiet hotel, and breakfast was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful, and spoke very good English. Songdo Beach may not be the most convenient location in terms of transportation if you're sightseeing across the city, but we liked it much better than Haeundae because it's quiet and surprisingly un-touristy despite the cable car. It was perfect for a more relaxed second visit to Busan."

"Check in was efficient and convenient. Air conditioner is a little tricky and sometimes inconsistent with the temperature. Room was clean and well appointed though. Towels were a little stiff so I suggest bringing your own. But overall great deal for the cost."

And the restaurant was the same as in 2016, expensive and cold food. Overall disappointing experience, compared to my first few visits in 2012-2016, when everything was newer and the staff were friendlier."
