"The room was clean, and the property itself is decent for an airport hotel, but our bed was literally broken in the middle and the staff simply said “sorry” while doing nothing about it. "

"Luxury room was very spacious with a king size bed plus a sofa bed for a 3rd person or 2 kids. Shower was good and separate toilet was an added convenience. Sockets and USB charging was plentiful. Kettle, coffee maker and small fridge were great. Location is a little out of town but no more than 20min walk into the city centre with many cafes and stores on the way. Taxi rank just on the corner and mall opposite. Breakfast was a let down, they serve from 7.30 to 11 but even at 8.30 many things had run out including tea bags! Good job i wasn’t paying extra or I would have been really annoyed."
