Overall, the property was good and the staff were generally helpful. They provided everything we needed to prepare food in our room, as well as extra blankets and pillows, which we appreciated.
The air conditioner was noisy at the beginning, and the receptionist could not resolve the issue, so I had to remove the unit panel myself. Most of the facilities were quite old but still functional, while the room doors appeared to be brand new.
Our main concern was the pool area. It appears to be operated by a separate restaurant/bar, and I was not allowed to drink my own prepared coffee at the poolside tables while supervising my child swimming. This was very inconvenient, especially since the pool and surrounding area were advertised as part of the property and were included in what we paid for.
Unfortunately, the restaurant manager's attitude was quite confrontational. We had planned a birthday celebration around the pool, but even when the restaurant was closed, we could not use the area as planned. As a result, we had to completely change our birthday plans. This was very disappointing.
