Excellent location next to Ladies Beach and its promenade. City center is reachable taking bus line 5. Very friendly staff, good facilities, peaceful terrace for breakfast and dinner, nice platform beach. Would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Very pleasant

Looked newly refurbished. Very nice and comfy rooms. Evening meal needed a bit more attention but still tasty. Fantastic location, lots of amenities within minutes walk, beach right in front.

Winter stay

We had a nice stay at Marti beach. It was out of season so very quiet which we liked. The room had a beautiful panoramic view of the bay. The air con worked well to heat the room. The room was clean. The breakfast was a Turkish one and tasty. We thought the location was great. The hotel is a bit tired and the hallway carpets need replacing but for what we paid, we felt it was good value.

Good location

The hotel is nice and right on the beach and on Ladies Beach where there are a number of bars and restaurants. You can get a taxi or the local bus into the heart of Kusadasi from the other side of Ladies beach. The only dowside was the shower as the water was only warm and once cold and one of the shower heads when put on high pressure would turn to the wall. Other than that I could not fault the hotel.

We visited March so out of season but still disappointing. The smell of the drains when you enter to the windows needing cleaning. Going to our room the carpet was badly stained. Room was tired and bed sheet stained which was changed when asked. Needs TLC. Breakfast basic but fresh but again windows/doors needed cleaning.

Good value boutique size hotel

Checkin was quick friendly, they accommodated my wishes for a shaded morning sun balcony and they gave us a huge family room. Lovely comfy bed and second bedroom but quite a 'dated' 70's hotel. The beach front decking with great step access to the glorious clean sandy beach was worth the stay. Likewise the restaurant with spacious alfresco on beautiful decking made mealtime very nice. The chef was excellent and Aziz, the manager very welcoming and very obliging and hardworking. The buffet was always fresh and well planned with 2 of out of our five days having a chef BBQ ing on the alfresco decking. The wines were nice local red or white and the beer local Toburg, a very good beer. The all inclusive also included local spirits, which taste like ethenyl with gin or vodka flavouring. Ladies beach is a walk out the door and a local bus into the port is also right there. I was surprised there were no toiletries, soap tap n shower in the room was all. Also you had to buy you own bottled water for your room

THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING!!!! DO NOT EVER STAY HERE !!!!! Staff are all rude including the general manager Hakan. Staff don’t explain where anything is upon checking in and they make up thousands of excuses why you can’t have a second card when I booked a family room and there’s more than one of us in the room. Upon going into my room there was a stack of maintenance equipment and old beds in the corner which was very unprofessional. The carpet throughout the hallways was stained and all the walls are marked. Then there is our room … -window was broken -aircon was broken -snot on towels yes snot on the towels -lounges stained -sheets stained -beds are like stone -mini fridge didn’t work -bathroom stunk -phone didn’t work After complaining to management that we wanted to check straight out the refused to believe that the room was even bad . He told us to wait in the room so he could inspect it but he never came up. When we went down to reception as the phone didn’t work to get the general manager they said he wasn’t there but we was into his office . They ended up changing our room as they refused a refund but the room never got any better. Just when you thought it couldn’t get any worse The breakfast that’s included was revolting . The staff are never smiling or helping you find a table or even cleaning tables to the least . The buffet was absolutely gross, nothing was chilled including the yoghurts and milk and there was flies on everything !

Tres mauvais état général : climatisation bloquée à 28, moisissures dans la salle de bain, sol non nettoyé, mini-bar non fonctionnel, musique du bar voisin à fond la nuit… si un seul de ces éléments n’est pas gênant, l’ensemble rend le séjour difficile… Heureusement qu’il y a la vue et la gentillesse du personnel. Mais ça ne vaut pas clairement le prix…

Sono diversi gli aspetti negativi che abbiamo riscontrato durante il nostro soggiorno. Dalla scarsa pulizia della struttura, cibo di qualità scadente, personale che non parla in inglese, la spiaggia è una palafitta dove i letti i sono uno attaccato all altro e non c'è possibilità di movimento. Inoltre durante il nostro soggiorno non funzionava il sistema e il check in è stato un disastro, non funzionava la WiFi e l'ascensore era rotto.

Otelde sıcak su yok duş esnasında resmen donduk, nihayetinde hasta olduk. Personel yok, tek kişi oteli yönetmekle işi başından aşkın ve ona göre de suratsız şekilde davranıp, terslemek gibi tavırlar sergileyerek işin içinden çakmaya çalışıyor.
