"What makes this place special is both the setting and the people. Nestled in the Netravali Wildlife Sanctuary, it offers spectacular views of the Western Ghats. "The approach road, the last 1.8 km is unimaginably horrible. I started doubting my own intelligence for booking this. But thankfully cottages were good and staff friendly. You will have to make good with whatever food is served here. "

"The accommodation was clean and basic. Air conditioner was provided. Tea and coffee was provided. Staff were friendly and helpful. The beach was located within a five minute walk. It was in a good location, with stalls and taxis. In the advert the accomadation cottage/ hut looked as though the pool was just outside it. The accommodation was separated from the pool location where you had to cross the road to another building with the pool. The pool water was not clean. Outside the pool area...

"I booked the sea front room but they gave me another room when I arrived, the owner said that he was really sorry and gave me some money but not the complete difference between rooms… there wasn’t A/C in my room, no hot water, the towels and sheets were really old and stained, the wifi worked perfectly."
