โMathura is a very small town. We had a lovely stay at the hotel. As it was off-season time, we got a free upgrade. The staff was very attentive and courteous. We were there for only a night.โ
โGreat staff and service. I personally liked the location as you have Hora sweets just adjacent where you can get eating options. E-rickshaws are easily available from the gate, so you can travel anywhere.โ

โThe exterior of this hotel looked pleasant enough, and our check in was courteous and efficient. Our room, the deluxe double, was large, with a kitchen corner, but it didn't look clean enough to entice us to use it. The bathroom was of a good size. The bed was comfortable, but neither the bedding nor the towels were really clean. Although it was noisy during the day, it was peaceful at night.The restaurant served enjoyable food at both dinner and breakfast. The road outside the hotel is dirty...
โStaff and Service makes the first impression and not the property itself. Here at SG, me and my family felt welcomed. Staff was courteous and made sure our stay and dinning experience was excellent.
Rooms are of decent sizes with all the modern amenities you'd expect in this category of hotels.
I'd recommend this hotel for your stay during your Mathura/ Vrindavan visit. If Shri Banke Bihari allows me to visit Him again, I'd prefer to spend a night or two here at SG.
