"The rooms looks really modern and the pool on the roof is really something ! Great breakfast buffet. The location is perfect to spend time in kuta. But the reason I keep comeback there is the kindest of the staff there, Balinese are very nice and friendly in general but in this hotel, every single member of the staff will say hello to you, smile and help you if you need. You feel very welcome there, it's a world class hotel !"

If you're going to stay in this area of Bali, this is the place to stay. To be honest, I don't know if it is truly a "5 star" resort as it doesn't come close to the Ritz Carlton-level, but it is a really nice place.
The resort is family friendly with all kinds of activities for the kids. Plus, centrally located to good bars / restaurants
I think my only real issue was the size / quality of the room for the price point. I've stayed in way larger / nicer rooms for $200 a night. At least...

First time in Bali and I chose the Magani based over the proximity to the airport and spacious room. I arrived hours early but was greeted by the bell hop and escorted to the check-in counter. I was then brought out a welcome drink which was amazingly different. Although my room wasn’t ready in time when I walked into my room it meet every online picture expectations more. The room was huge and an I had a jetted tub located outside. Additionally, the front desk guy allowed me to do a late...

I am traveling with a friend, it’s our first time in Bali. We came from Ubud area. We’re impressed with the hotel, the staff were incredibly friendly, always eager to help with anything we needed.
The hotel’s setting was stunning. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable. Breakfast was another highlight, with a diverse selection of delicious options. The hotel itself had a lush, we really loved walking around at night. Christmas decorations were beautiful to take nice pictures too. The...

I regret staying next door at Eden for a while before moving here. Their pool was incredibly clean, staff was helpful and responsive, and when we had to leave early they refunded for the extra days. Their breakfast was delicious and the property was well maintained. Their room service was so fast I could place an order and it would be there before I knew it and they had variety. Overall a great stay before we left Bali.

The resort is located next to the beach. Great location and you can easily access local shopping and restaurants, which are about a minute away (walking) The best part of the resort is the professionalism of the entire staff. Whether you are dealing with the groundskeeper, housekeepers, or other staff members, they always greet you with a "hello" or "how are you today?" They are sincere too! This isn't a butt-kissing greeting, its a greeting from the "heart" and "genuine".

This trip was my 6th to Bali, and I have stayed all over the island. I found the staff of Ado Dharma to be the most courteous of all. They were happy to help with any queries and provided reminders about checkout, including time needed to get to the airport and the amount required for departure tax. The cottages are just off Legian street blocked from the street with the restaurant and pool. The location is very convenient, between the beach and shopping/eating off of Legian. A family temple is...

I was beyond pleased with the hotel. Breakfast was good, close to the beach, staff was so helpful and kind (add spoke English), cool shops and restaurants nearby. Beds were extremely comfortable. Complimentary water provided. DVD player. Pool was nice and a good temperature. I stayed with three friends and we all felt the same way.

This is a 5-star hotel as I was told by our tour guide. The airport is very close to the hotel and is about a 5-minute drive away. The hotel is very safe and secure since security personnel are stationed at the entrance of the hotel’s driveway and at the back of the hotel. Even though the hotel’s furniture are out dated, the rooms are very spacious and clean. The beach is in the back of the hotel where the pool area is. The pool area is large and magnificent. There is a brick path way at the...

A group of girls stayed here for 2 days. The hotel is beautiful and very Balinese instead of modern which we loved! We don't recommend the city Kuta unless you are a early twenty something that just wants to party, but if you do find yourself staying in that area, we HIGHLY recommend this hotel! It's beautiful and very easy walking distance to Beachwalk which has restaurants and shopping as well as the local shops. Beach is right across the street but it's not a nice beach.

This is cleanest hotel in which I have ever stayed. The service from the employees was the best that I have ever received in any hotel and I am 57 year old and well traveled through the world. I had a delux room (the one above standard). The food, service swimming pool, air conditioning, roomy & big shower , bed, pillow balcony, car garage, toilet , sink, breakfast buffet, coffee, towel service, room service were all satisfactory or above satisfactory. Most of the things that I just mentioned...

Convenient enough location so you can walk to either Kuta or Seminyak. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was a real hit and was one of the best I've had anywhere, period.
