Good location, a 6 minute walk to the main food street and about 10 from the sea (you will need to walk another 5 minutes to get to the beach without boats on the sand). The rooms we’re great and the pool was refreshing in the heat, although it was a very small plunge pool so a family of 4 wouldn’t all be able to fit in it at once. "This is the best place to stay in Kuta Lombok. The suites are very spacious with two separate bathrooms on the two bedroom suite. Everything is modern and brand new. It turned out we were the first guests of our suite. Beds are comfortable with plenty of pillows. Full size kitchen with refrigerator, oven, pans, plates and utensils. Filtered water dispenser with a cold/normal/hot options is provided. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Overall a great place to stay."

This beach has the whitest sand and bluest waters I’ve ever seen! On Sundays it’s ridiculously busy with locals so prepare to feel like a zoo animal as people stare, wave and take photos of you. You have to pay 5000 rupiah to park your scooter (maybe just a tourists fee…). There are lots of bracelet kids and sarong/t-shirt sellers so get your “no thanks” face ready. The beach really is beautiful though. #indonesia #lombok #kuta #beach

"If you’re looking for a self contained retreat experience, this property is awesome. Having its own private beach is a plus for that. It’s an older property but beautifully maintained. If you want to venture off the property, though, that’s a different story. It’s isolated, miles removed from the Kuta Beach scene. In my eye, that’s not necessarily a bad thing, mind you. I found Kuta Beach to be overrun with locals on the weekend and largely deserted during the week. Didn’t like the aggressiveness of the hawkers either. So I was content to stay at the Novotel and relax most of the time. "
