โThe room was excellent. Squeaky clean, beautiful and very comfortable beds. Spacious bathroom. Buffet meal in evening was not worth the price. Restaurant Service was very slow and not friendly. There is extra charge to use the pool and sauna area. These were nice but did not feel this should be an additional charge.โ

The bikes are difficult for beginners to ride. The staffโs attitude was unpleasant when I requested a refund for the bike rental. Check-in is very slow. Like at a bank, you have to take a number and wait more than 15 minutes, and you also have to take another number and wait again just to make inquiries. The key oaks check-in couldnโt find my reservation information and kept asking for a lot of information like my address, but ultimately the check-in failed. The bathroom in the room is extremely small and can barely accommodate one person. There are only 3 disposable body wash packets, and once you use them all, you have to pay to buy more.
