“Spacious, clean and quiet room. Convenient location with secure parking and helpful staff. VIP gift was a nice surprise. ”

“Clean and comfortable. Had everything except a dishwasher, but for the price it was really good. Lots of little extras. I especially like that there was good lighting for working, and two clothes airers for winter clothes drying. Nice grounds. There were a few minor things that need repair, but did not worry me. Only thing, which I am sure was just a housekeeping oversight, was there was only one toilet roll for my 5 night stay. ”

“We had a 19 baby boy with us and on arrival I was told that he shouldn’t be with us. Children were not accepted and the booking would have been rejected if included in the booking. This put us off immediately and made us uncomfortable the entire stay. ”

“This is a very well designed townhouse, with spacious bedrooms, ample storage, well appointed, attractive and functional throughout. The location is excellent, with walking access to the lake, foreshore, bbqs, playground, waterpark, cycleways etc. Walk to the impressive SAM arts complex with cafe. Views to the lake and evening coloured lighting were lovely. There is some noise from the road at the front of this particular Unit, but it quietened in the evening and did not interrupt sleep. “Very comfortable accommodation. Would choose for future stays. Bathroom door latch needs attention as it does not open easily from the inside. Great lounge area with lighting options. Balcony with outdoor setting, telescope and lounge”

“It was easy to find and check in, in a lovely country location, but close to restaurants. I could hear Kookaburras laughing nearby. The lovely Karen let us check in early, as we had driven from far away. Good sized rooms and beds.”
