"Our room was lovely with a beautiful view over the loch and the Isle of Skye. In spite of being in the middle of a major refurbishment the staff were extremely corteous and helpful and made every effort to ensure our stay was a good one. The room was clean and comfortable with a really good shower and we had a lovely tray of tea, coffee and biscuits waiting for us on our arrival.. We will certainly make a return visit some time in the near future."

Rooms are cozy and full of character, and the onsite restaurant is a pleasant surprise. Just a short and scenic walk to the Glenfinnan Viaduct, making it a perfect base for anyone hoping to catch a glimpse of the Jacobite steam train. Highly recommend."

"The night staff was very friendly and let us arrange a late arrival. We had a family comfort room and it was great for two adults and two teens. We all slept quite well after a day of ferry, hiking and driving from Isle of Harris. Location was so peaceful. The breakfast was delicious --although our server kept saying how "finnicky" the chef was when we made small requests or alterations. Definitely would stay here again and recommend to anyone!"
