“Went to family wedding great time house was let down by broken blinds and decking that needs replacing ”

“Gorgeous house and beautifully restored with period features and all the comforts you need. And has best central heating for Daylesford's winter nights! Was a great girls weekend away. Lots of room big table for gatherings comfy sofas everything you need to have a relaxing weekend. Also close to the main steeet however we enjoyed the house so much we didn't venture out that often!”

“we loved the cosiness of the whole outlay of this Ville, Kitchen was fully stocked with a beautiful Box of little delights , Bed Super, Bathroom spacious, although the pluming was a bit annoying when one runs the Water( upstairs,) needs Wifi , Parking was a bit tricky for us, ”

“The property is at great location. It was immaculate and very well designed. Just couple of things we were not happy about: 1) Air-cons in the bedrooms were not working very well. It was freezing cold even though they were showing that they are running full at 30 degree. One of the air-con was making loud rattling sound. 2) The Bbq was in very bad state. It seemed like it was not cleaned for a year or two and had cockroaches on it when I took the cover off.”

“Botanica was a sweet home away on the outside; on the inside a calming and well appointed residence. Our family of 4 found it met our every need. It felt a real escape from the city. From the house though, if we wanted shops and restaurants, we could just walk to the main street. The heating was cosy, and the log fire created a lovely evening atmosphere. The lighting was beautiful. The crockery and appliances were great. The claw-footed bath was a treat.”
