Excellent excellent service. When leaving the hotel one of the staff assisted us to wheel our luggage all the way to the train station a back way through shopping centres so we wouldn’t have to go out in the cold and because we weren’t sure where to go. He also helped us onto a special train that had lots of fun carriages instead of the common ones. The rooms are spacious and clean, we had the one with the sauna and it was well worth the extra money! Easy to use and again, very clean. Beds are comfy, spacious bathroom. Big selection of food for the buffet as well. Really recommend this hotel!

Great hotel in Kyoto

Great hotel and a really good location for shopping, restaurants and local transport. Rooms a really well equipped and big for Japan. Would highly recommend.

Excellent hotel in downtown Kyoto. Especially the food in the restaurants were amazing, excellent breakfast.
