A very nice hotel

I loved the room, location and bathroom. Very well run place. But make sure u ask for the wifi password at the desk because they neglected to include it in the room instruction packet.

We had room 101 with window well with smoking ashtray right outside the window well. On the other end was the front door, which was right next to the main door that everyone goes in and out. Everyday before 5am I was woken up by people going in and out. I tried to get out of this room but with the hotel being fully booked and they insisted non refundable policy. Expedia even tried several times and no use. We ended up having bear second hand smoke and listening the main door opened and shut for 4 nights. We were not informed that this was the situation! Expedia ended up offered us credits tried to ease our frustration. I have filed a complaint against this hotel by not informing consumers of the room situation and held firmly of their non refundable policy!!

烏丸通から入った落ち着いた場所にあり、周辺にも店舗、飲食店が多く便利です。地下鉄の駅もコンビニ、スーパーも近いです。部屋は一見きれいに見えますが、残念ながら浴室/部屋の掃除が十分ではなかったです。隣の部屋の音が少し気になりました。スタッフはいませんが鍵の受け渡しなどは問題ありませんでした。
