フロントのベテランは親切。宅配便を郵パックに切り替えて早く着く様にしてくれたり朝食時間過ぎても無料パンを、わざわざ出してくれたりした。×は風呂、トイレ。古い。浴槽が狭い。ベッドも小さい。ロケーションは抜群。

対応も良く、外観、フロントも綺麗なのでいいホテルだと思います。

フロントの対応も良く、 立地も京都観光しやすい為、 寝るためだけに泊まるなら 申し分ないです！！ 掃除のおじさんも気さくに話しかけてくれたり フロントでも色々周りの情報教えてくれるので また京都行った時は、泊まりたいホテルです。

今回、本当は大阪のホテルを予約していたんですが、USJ休園をうけて、京都旅行に変更。 いつも利用させてもらっている京都リッチホテルに直接お電話して予約を取ろうとしたんですが、直接ご予約いただくより、旅行サイトからの方がお安いですよ！というアドバイスをいただきました。 非常に助かりました笑 スタッフさんも優しくて、大好きなホテルです。 朝食がバイキングでなくなっていたのが残念ですが、時節柄仕方ないですね。 ありがとうございました。 また利用させていただきます。

とても、とても古いホテルです。 霊感はないのですが、全く眠れずホテル名を検索すると有名心霊スポットで出てきました。 連絡予定でしたが1日でチェックアウトし、近くのホテルに変更しました。 エクスペディアを通しての予約だったので翌日からのキャンセルを連絡し、チェックアウトしましたがキャンセル扱いにはなりませんでした！ 返金もなく連泊した事になっていて ホテル設備、対応、金額、全てにおいて不快です。この様な経験は初めてで勉強になりました。

お菓子のカスが、、、

ホテルのフロント等とても綺麗で良かったのですが、部屋に入るとベットの脇（ベットとサイドテーブルの間）に、ポテトチップスのようなお菓子のカスが沢山落ちていました。 結構隙間があったので掃除出来ない幅ではなかったと思います。 少し残念でした。
