완전 친절하고 깨끗하고 짱좋음
숙소 깨끗했던건 당연하고 직원분들도 너무 친절하셨어요. 남자직원분은 영어 잘 하시고, 여자직원분은 영어 잘 못하셨는데도 불구하고 주변 맛집 여쭤보거나 서비스 요청할 때에도 너무 친절하셨어요. 덕분에 교토여행 좋은 기억 가지고 다녀왔습니다 굳굳

가격은 비싸지만 괜찮습니다.
다들 친절하셨고 일본식 가정식은 맛있었습니다. 1시간 넘게 코스요리를 방으로 갖다주시는데 음식이 제공되는 속도가 너무 느립니다. 방은 많이 추웠습니다. 주요관광지와 가까워서 너무 좋았습니다.

직원이 모자르다는 이유로 청소가 늦어져 체크인도 30분 딜레이 되고 또 직원부족으로 가이세키도 원랜 식구끼리만 편하게 먹길 바란건데 방으로 갖다주지 않고 2층으로 가서 다른 손님들과 다같이 모여 먹는 방식이였고요 음식도 다른사람이 올린 사진과 비교했을때 매우…좀 그랬어요.불편함을 감수하는 것에 대해 금액절충이 되는것도 아니고…80만원 치고는 쏘쏘.그래도 영어로 대화 가능한부분 높이사고 직원은 친절했고 방은 좋았는데 서비스 미흡에 조금 실망했습니다.

룸이 깨끗하고 직원들이 매우 친절합니다. 특히 사우나 이용시간을 예약을 잡고 해서 프라이빗하게 목욕할 수 있었어요. 다음번에 교토에 가게되면 꼭 다시 이용하고 싶습니다.

오사카에서 머무르다 하루 찾아간 곳,,일단 위치를 가장 중시 여겨서 이곳을 정하게 되었고 대형호텔에서만 머물러서 쿄토에서는 기요미즈테라를 가는 센텐자카를 젤 좋아하므로 파크하야트에서 머물렀는데 첨으로 자본 고즈넉한 곳,,공동탕에 사람 하나 없어 혼자 독탕을 즐기기도 아침식사도 나름 괜찮아고 전반적으로 가성비 좋음

료칸 경험으로 추천합니다.
무엇보다 위치가 정말 좋았고, 처음 경험해 보는 료칸 숙박으로 좋은 경험했습니다. 조금 아쉬운 점은 야외 온천이 없다는 점, 아침으로 맛본 가이세키도 좋았습니다.

시내에서 가깝고 편리한 위치

Wonderful Japanese traditional meal! :-)
Traditional meal ("Kaiseki") was really nice! I was a little bit disappointed because the public bath was quite tiny but not bad to enjoy it for one night. Good location enough to walk towards many famous places in Kyoto! :-)

밤 12시 30 분까지 기다리다가 맨발 뛰어나오며 김상 이냐고 하시면서 반갑게 맞아주는 할아버지, 아침 저녁으로 밥상를 차려 주시는 할머니, 시골 목욕탕 같은 일층목욕탕, 조용한 거리, 가까운 관광지, 가까운 교토 역, 어느것 하나 나무랄데 없이, 할아버지 할머니 계신 시골 에서 푹 쉬다온 기분, 너무 좋습니다. 성수기 라 비용이 쫌 비쌋지만 꼭 다시 추천 하고픈 료칸 입니다. 주인 할아버지 할머니 건강 하세요...

건물 외관은 깨끗하고, 식사도 맛있었습니다. 다만 객실에 담배 냄새가 배어서 공기가 불쾌했습니다. 가장 문제가 되었던 게 카운터 직원 중 한 분께서 유난히 불친절했습니다. 다른 분들은 그렇진 않았는데 유독 그 분만; 비록 일본어가 유창하진 않아도 영어보다는 알아듣기 쉬워서 일본어로 말씀해달라고 했더니 끝까지 영어로 말씀하시다가 영어는 전혀 못하냐며 코웃음을 치시더군요. 비록 비웃을 의도가 아니었다 하더라도 그런 태도는 아니지 않나 싶습니다. 1층 대목욕탕은 입구와 욕조 공간이 거의 직선이라 옷을 벗기에 꺼려지고, 욕실이 너무 추웠습니다; 여기서 과연 옷을 벗어도 되는건가 망설이는 도중 남자분이 들어오셔서 소리지르며 도망갔습니다 ㅋㅋ 방 안에 있는 욕조도 크고 깊으니 대목욕탕은 사용하지 마시고 개인 욕실에서 목욕하시길 추천합니다.

we were quite lucky with this ryokan. the hotel is very affordable prices. Amenities, location, cleanliness, comfort, etc. were all very well without it lacking. Everyone in the family was satisfied, would visit again if the opportunity.

The ryokan experience is great. Amazing food at dinner (served in your room) and breakfast in the restaurant. Onsen is on sight.

Although the room was spacious and clean, the futons were very uncomfortable. It is in a nice location in Gion, close to beautiful streets, but not so close (15min walk) to a train station. Bring your eye masks as the room is very light in the morning.

Beautiful ryokan in a great location! The staff are so friendly and accommodating and the entire place is very very clean, only complaint is the beds are very uncomfortable for a forigners standards the futon cushion is almost non existent and you will feel like sleeping on hard floor with an uncomfortable pillow.. but otherwise amazing experence!

This was my first experience in a ryokan and I enjoyed it a lot: the traditional room, the bath, the super, breakfast and the friendliness of the staff. A great place to relax in Kyoto

Disappointing. Not good value for money and not impressed by this Ryohan. We paid a lot for a Japanese Ryohan experience but not worth it. The staffs have very limited English and a bit ignorant with the guests. Difficult to figure out what and how to do in the hotel as a foreigner. Traditional breakfast was not tasty and we all think we can easily get better food elsewhere. Japanese garden is very small and not that pretty. The view is shared by lobby and the only one garden view room. All in all, we don’t think it meet our expectations for a Japanese Ryohan culture experience.

Truly beautiful place, very close to old Kyoto (5 minutes walk to Gion,10 mins walk across river and to the mass of restaurants, 5 mins walk from Nene-no-Michi and associated temples and gardens). Exquisite breakfast, and nice traditional bath.

A lovely Ryokan. Staff was welcoming, dining was very tasty - if you like fish! The futon was very comfortable, breakfast was elaborate and filling. It’s a nice place to experience Japanese culture, very different from a western hotel

Location is very convenient, bus stop just outside of the property, walkable to Kiyomizu-dera Temple and Ryozen Kannon. First time Japanese style tatami futon bed experience, love it. Enjoy the Japanese dining option, serve in the room, so many small dishes that me and my wife keep discussing about how it looks and how it tastes and forgot to take pictures… Highly recommended and will stay again next time in Kyoto.

There’s nothing not to love about Kinoe! The staff are warm, welcoming and positively charming,. The facility is beautifully appointed and the room was spacious and lovely. We only stayed one night but from the moment we stepped inside it felt welcoming and comfortable. The staff were attentive and nearly psychic in attending to our needs with helpful tips and suggestions that enabled us to see much more than I thought we would. The location is a quick walk from many attractions in the Gion area and when we’d walked over 15k steps it was a quick cab or train ride to get back. We contemplated renting kimono nearby - there are a dozen shops within a block or two (would recommend reservations for some of the nicer shops) but decided against it as it was raining. Had it not been the first visit to Kyoto for some of our party, we could have happily stayed in at Kinoe and relaxed there - the folks in our group that did try the public bath came back and said that they had never been so relaxed. I will definitely recommend this ryokan!
