Great stay. Josh was so helpful with everything from luggage transfer, to massage and restaurant recommendations. Conveniently located next to the sanjo station, making it easy to get around Kyoto.

Fab find!!

Great find!! I'm astounded what you get for your money. Huge room, by japanese standards, great amenities, friendly, helpful staff with good English. I hugely recommend this place, especially if you are staying more than a few days in Kyoto. Also well located, within walking distance of Gion and many shops across the river. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance, cheap or otherwise. Best place we have stayed in Japan so far.

The bed was very very hard. harder than most in Japan. I've traveled through Asia for 15 years and this ranks as one of the hardest mattresses I've slept on. I sleep on my side and was waking up with numb arms. The 10:00 check out was a bit early. most JP hotels are 11:00. location good and place was super clean tidy and well kept.

キッチン付きが良い

観光地にも繁華街にもアクセスがとても良いです。 普通のホテルと違ってキッチンがあって有料で食器類も借りられます。スーパーも近くにあるので長期滞在にとても良いと思いました。

Great value in a convenient location

Great location and sizable rooms for the price. Walking distance to Nishiki market (15 mins), Gion (5 mins), and to Kiyamizu Dera (25 mins). A/C worked great in the summer. Staff was extremely nice and spoke English. Only downside is that the mattresses and pillows in the rooms are extremely firm - probably the firmest I've ever experienced in my travels. I had packed a travel pillow and ended up using that. Wifi was a bit spotty and on the slow side.

Big apartment style room. House is clean, looks renovated and is located in a quiet alley. You only have to walk less then 5 minutes to reach the subway station.

Praktisch ist, dass es im Zimmer eine kleine Küche, einen Tisch, zwei Stühle und eine Waschmaschine gibt. Man bekommt gegen eine geringe Gebühr auch Teller, Tassen und Töpfe. Die Rezeption ist nur kurze Zeit besetzt, aber die Lage zum Zentrum und zur Bahn ist sehr gut.

We stayed here in early March, so the price was quite reasonable.Very roomy and wide beds. Love the little kitchen so we can cook simple meals when you didn't want to go out for dinner. Glad the hotel provided the cooking set. The place was clean and close to station, there was a supermarket close by.

Hotel Pratique et simple, mais de bonne qualité

Apart Hotel de bonne qualité bien situé à Kyoto permet un accès rapide à la gare de Sanjo. Assez central sur l'ensemble des activités touristiques. 20mn de trajet pour rejoindre la gare principale de Kyoto. La chambre pour 3 ou 4 personnes est toutefois un peu petite maxi 3 personnes pour ne pas se marcher dessus.... Présence d'un lave linge simple d'utilisation super pratique. Salle de bain peut se transformer en sèche linge un gros plus....

駅から近く、コンビニ、スーパーへも便利な立地。部屋は清潔で、使いやすいキッチンやバス。洗濯機と浴室乾燥機があるので、洗濯もストレス無くできます。すごく良かったです。

廚房要有廚具哦！

09:00～17:00入住服務時間錯過了就只能隔天入住，這樣的時間點真的很怕趕不上，公寓住所設備呢？有提供洗衣機但是洗衣精要另外購買，有提供電磁爐，但就是沒有廚具用品，這個地方讓我比較不滿意，還有陽台沒有曬衣架，因為洗衣機沒有烘乾功能，所以洗完的衣服還是要曬乾啦！廁所空間很大，浴缸也很大很適合泡澡啦！
