Probably the best hotel I stayed in during my visit to Japan at this price range. Bigger than usual rooms and the hotel was pleasantly quiet. The baths were great as well and the location is perfect.

Easy Kyoto experience

Our stay was excellent. Super convenient with station just 5 min walk and a short train ride to Kyoto station. Staff were very helpful. Definitely recommend to anyone staying in Kyoto

We stayed at the hotel for two nights, the beds are comfortable, the breakfast is traditional and good, the hotel is obviously popular with tour groups and so it can be a bit crowded at breakfast and in the onsen area. Public transport is easily accessible and there is also a supermarket nearby.

Very comfortable for a long or short stay

This hotel hits the sweet spot for an eco-friendly travelers hotel. The room and bed were spacious but there was no wasted space. It’s located near a very convenient train station for getting around. The staff was friendly and helpful whenever I had any questions.

A glimpse of harmony 🎶

Love the location the staff was great, could use more English lessons but very decent respectful people. Enjoyed using the Onsen and my shower and bathtub were awesome. That was my first double room in Japan and it will now set the standard for comfort for my next trip. Oh, and I’m a big fan at the Japanese toilet arigato gozaimasu 🙏

This is a great affordable option in Kyoto. Steps away from the K line subway and two stops from Kyoto Station. It has an onsite onsen which was very clean and comfortable. The beds are very comfortable. The rooms are clean and comfortable as well. There are no English language options on TV. The breakfast buffet was OK, but very crowded right at opening. For the price, this is a terrific place to stay.

The area around the hotel is very peaceful and quiet, which made it very easy to fall asleep during the night. The facilities in the hotel are top notch, offering a public onsen and an ice cube making machine. The subway is a 2 minute walk from the hotel. Customer service is also very good. There is no room service unless you specifically request it. It is also further away from transport option s, and is quite far from shopping areas.

Great hotel close to the main areas of Kyoto. Modern and nice with a large onsen and best of all... parking! It was 1000 yen daily but convenient. The breakfast was abit pricey at 1800 yen daily per person but theres many convenience stores nearby to get a cheap breakfast. Overall great stay

The hotel is located close to Jujo station which is a quieter area, just 2 metro stops away from Kyoto station. There is bus stop close by the hotel as well. Not many shops or restaurants around the area but I like the tranquility. The room is very spacious by Japanese standard. The public bath is nice and the cost of laundry is very reasonable.
