Nice property and convenient distance to local activities and shopping
Breakfast was consistently delicious with lots of different choices. Hotel was extremely clean, including the room. The room was a little bit on the small side.
Staff was good and friendly. They don’t clean the room every day but they do exchange the towels daily. Location was ok but not great. Room was small, tight for two people
Great hotel! Staff was friendly and helpful. Located super close to the bus stop and 7-11 so it was ver convenient to get around. The spa was nice too.
The hotel was in a great location for wondering around the area, and only about a 5 minute walk from the Nijo station and Nijo Castle. The room was a good size and comfortable. The breakast had a wide range of food for all taste. Would recommend the hotel. The area a few local restuarants and bars, so plenty of choices
Room with twin bed is big for me, very clean and quiet, air contioner is also very good condition. Just a bit far away from train station, and air contioner remote is fixed on wall, not movable.
Location was excellent - 10 minutes from Nijo Station on JR line and walking distance from Nijo-Jo.
The room was very comfortable. I would thoroughly recommend.
Had such a nice stay here we added a couple of extra days. It was very clean and comfortable with lots of amenities. It was a busy yet surprisingly quiet street close to everything we needed to get to.
10-minute walk from the train, 3-minute walk from the bus stop. New and very nice hotel. Toilet and shower were in separate rooms. Made things a little awkward with the sink in the shower room, but not a big issue. Very clean and nice room. Helpful staff.
It is located in a quiet area with convenience stores and great transportation accessibility to historical places in Kyoto. There are few restaurants & cafes in walking distance. The staff are very professional.
