Room was spacious and clean! Slept five people very comfortably, with space to relax out of bed as well. Rooftop lounge was a good space to go for fresh air. Check in was very smooth, with space to leave luggage in the lobby if we arrived early. Walking distance to a nearby Lawsons for any late night needs.

Staff: very helpful and friendly Rooms: Huge!! we had the family room, the rooms was more than enough and very comfortable. we had kitchen, dining area, large bathroom and beds that are comfortable. All the facility in this hotel are new and nice! love the seating area at the roof top. there is laundry downstairs, money changer at the lobby. Transportation: very near to the bus stops, 5 mins walk to the bus station. The nearest train station is about 1km away which is not bad.

Great value for money. Fabulous bathroom with great toiletries. Rooms and furniture need a refurb. Comfy beds. Very spacious suites. In a quiet residential area handy for fushimi inari. No restaurant and local recommended Teppanyaki restaurant didnt want our custom! Found a lovely japanese bbq restaurant instead.

Great stay

We had an amazing experience with the hotel. The room was very spacious, had a kitchenet and even a washer machine. Everything was very clean. Hotel check in and out was very easy. Furthermore, they were able to hold our bags for us after checkout before we had to leave town.
