Close to the heart of Osaka. Hotel had an Onsen, great after long walks in the city. Organic items and matcha for breakfast was excellent. Staff were very helpful and attentive. Would stay here again.

What a wonderful place! The Super Hotel quickly became my home away from home in the heart of downtown Kyoto. It is spotlessly clean, the front desk staff are friendly and knowledgeable and very helpful, the breakfast is delicious, and it added very special and thoughtful amenities throughout my stay, all while remaining highly eco-conscious. Five stars aren’t enough. I will hope to return very soon.

Super stay at the Super Hotel

Our vacation stay at the Super Hotel was really good. It is eco-friendly and the price per night gave the run of the house (super breakfasts, snack each night and as a Thank You. The hotel is really quiet despite being in one of the busiest parts of town. It is in minutes walking distance to busses, shops, sights, a good doctor that visited unexpectedly, we highly recommend this brand - and this particular hotel.

Amazing value

Very clean and modern hotel with a good breakfast included and free drinks for 2 hours every evening, what more could you want for a moderately priced hotel?! It's not luxury but everything was good quality and very friendly and helpful staff.

Another clean, affordable, great amenities with buffet breakfast and excellent customer service. This has been my 3rd hotel in Japan and this is my favorite hotel I've stayed in. I appreciate the friendly staff and delicious buffet breakfast.

Great hotel which is situated in a good location for exploring Kyoto (and a direct train to Osaka is only a few mins away). Staff were super helpful. The laundry and spa facilities were really handy plus the happy hour drinks were a nice added bonus.

The location was good, it located near to the Kyoto Shijo Kawaramachi Station. Very close to the shopping areas and the restaurants. I can also enjoy free breakfast and hotsprings during my stay.

Know that NO TAXI can take you or pick you up from the front door. Use Yamato Transport to forward your bags to/from here and you're all set. VERY CONVENIENT hotel in the heart of the main shopping district. Rooms are teensy-tiny and best-suited to 1 person; however, a couple could make it work, but it's TIGHT. Bathroom is wonky, but it's clean with a deep tub. Would easily stay here again as it's a GREAT VALUE.

Cab/Uber cannot drive on the street so they will drop you off at the next block. Bathroom is very small but had everything we could need. Hotel was super clean and staff was very helpful. I couldn't use the spa because i had tattoos.

Good hotel with everything that I want

Very nice and polite staff, a very convenient location, good to have big breakfast and happy-hour drink there. A minor problem is that female and male guests need to take turn using and sharing the spring pool; nevertheless, good to have the facility there.

Value for money budget hotel. Includes decent breakfast, password access to room is convenient. No frills hotel. Usage of laundry and dryer is just 100yen for 30mins each, washing detergent provided. Great location to shopping malls and Hankyu train station.

Incredible!

This hotel is absolutely the best cost effect hotel we have stayed in, in Japan! The staff are so friendly, great breakfast, eco conscious, clean. They do 2 hours of unlimited free drinks, including localled produced sake every evening. Onsen. They helped with our bag transfer. So kind to our children and accommodating. Easy and cheap selfserv clothes washing! Perfect location. Just super fab, we loved it. Little bits of potential improvement; would bennice to have more security, people can walkminto the lift and up to rooms without passing reception, would be nice to have fruit at breakfast and for na eco friendly hotel we didnt understand the disposable forks, cups and plastic wrapped wet wipes at breakfast.
