The thoughtful amenities such as a charger and the bathroom supplies made our stay easy. We loved the onsen experience and the cappucino in the lounge was delicious. "Great service. Location is great (next to the Kyoto museum and lots of restaurants and shops nearby.) also close to the Nishiki market and other places to shop. Room was spacious and had great tech to control lights/ac etc. great Sake bar on-site too. "
