Estancia muy buena y agradable

Es un hotel pequeño muy agradable. El personal muy amable y simpático. Solo el acceso al pueblo sobre todo por la parte de la comarca de las Batuecas, muy complicado por la cantidad enorme de curvas muy cerradas.

Genial

Solo puedo contar cosas buenas del hotel, el personal es muy amable y al ir con un niño nos pusieron una habitación con una cama supletoria (sin haberla pedido porque es un bebé y duerme en el carro). El hotel no es muy moderno pero está muy limpio que al fin y al cabo es lo que buscamos, y tiene todas las comodidades. Repetiremos.

Buen hotel en un sitio genial

El hotel está bien para un 3 estrellas. Es tranquilo, muy bien ubicado y con parking propio. Estaba limpio y las camas son cómodas. El personal ha sido muy amable y atento. No puedo opinar del servicio de restauración pues no lo he utilizado. El único "pero", es que le falta algo de mantenimiento de cosas menores (una luz fundida, un tirador de un cajón sin tuerca, etc....) pero que no dificultan para nada la estancia.

Hotel antiguo que necesita reformas

Es un hotel antiguo que necesita reformas para actualizar su imagen, también necesita que le pongan persianas a las ventanas ya que solo tiene unas cortinas. Tendrían que cambiar todo el mobiliario, está en muy estado. El personal del hotel fue muy agradable y nos ofreció una información muy completa sobre que sitios visitar por la zona.

Una mala experiencia

No hemos podido alojarnos en el hotel, el estado de la habitación y  sobre todo el baño eran totalmente lamentables, las fotos vistas en su página y la realidad no tenia nada que ver, en el hotel solocitamos el cambio de habitación nos dijeron que para ese día 23/8/2017 no era posible, podriamos hacerlo el día 24/8, por lo que dadas las malas condiciones de la habitación y el baño tuvimos que cambiarnos de hotel al hotel Doña Teresa (suponiéndonos un gasto),  por lo que solicito la devolución integra de 120 € de la habitación 112 y 108€ de la habitación 108, por no poder haber hecho uso de dichas habitaciones por causas ajenas a nuestra voluntad. Todo lo expuesto puedo demostrarlo graficamente así como la factura del hotel Doña Teresa. Espero su respuesta y estoy a su disposición para cualquier aclaración.
