"The apartment was clean, spacious, and easily accessible. Everything you need in an apartment for a short stay was available (most importantly coffee and tea and a hot water boiler). We didn't cook, so I don't know how well the stove or microwave worked. There is an AC/heater unit in the bedroom that worked well. "The warm welcome and detailed introduction of Albi from Camille at the front desk was a great start of our stay in Albi. The parking within hotel premises and location 5mn walk from the historical center makes this hotel a perfect place to stay when visiting Albi. Hotel is located in a quiet street with no car circulation noise. I recommend to any visitor there."

"After some of the negative comments I had read, I was honestly a little worried, but I had NO complaints. The hotel is beautiful, the air conditioning is frigid (it was 105 degrees F outside), the room, positively sumptuous. The dinner was great. The breakfast was simple but perfect. The parking lot is around the corner, but safe. And it’s centrally located."
