Check in was ok; hotel was pleasant and clean and the room we stayed in very nice. Parking is very limited and until we asked where to park, no alternative information was offered. There is a car park under the market, over the road from the hotel; it is shut at 10pm and cheaper than the hotel car park. We couldn’t book in the hotel restaurant for dinner, as full every evening. We ordered breakfast the 1st morning and it was late (we had to chase) and wrong; we had placed the order on the hotel website and it was quite clear what we wanted (took a screenshot). There bar appeared to close around 10.30pm, so when we went in for a coffee one evening, just after 10.30pm, we were very reluctantly served cold coffee. The hotel is in a nice quiet spot and is nicely presented, but the service would make me think about staying again.

The bedroom was up a flight of stairs from the toilet, which made it difficult for us at night. The breakfast was good, but slightly below the standard of other hotels where we’ve stayed.

C'est un très bel hôtel plein de charme, dans un quartier calme et bien situé à la Baule. Le personnel est professionnel, souriant et accueillant. Très bon petit déjeuner avec possibilité d'avoir du pain et des gâteaux sans gluten. Ne pas hésiter à dîner au restaurant qui est de qualité.

il faut apprendre a mieux traiter les clients

douche dangereuse de l eau brûlante sort aux deux robinets froid et chaud. l accueil le sait et m a répondu qu il y a un problème avec une vanne et qu il faut attendre l eau froide... je n ai pas pu me doucher et n ai reçu aucune excuses !!! sauf de patienter... il faut oser ! j ai signalé l anomalie a 7 h vendredi matin a la dame blonde de la reception.

A la rigueur.

2 nuits pour la St Sylvestre. Joli hotel en plein secteur du marché de La Baule. Idéalement placé. Calme meme en été. Cependant, cet hotel manque d'espaces. Sensation d'étouffement. Personnel gentil et efficace. Mais un ensemble trop cher et le rapport qualité/prix n y est pas. Repas delicieux mais petit dejeuner beaucoup trop cher et restreint.

Hôtel à la déco élégante, très propre, room service pratique, personnel agréable. Pas de possibilité de faire un thé ou café en chambre. trop de lumière dans les couloirs de l'hôtel et à l'extérieur. Problème de chauffage, 2 nuits en chambre inférieur à 19°C, dernière nuit correcte après réclamation.

Magnifique endroit

Magnifique endroit nous avons énormément apprécié notre week-end en amoureux. Nous réalisons souvent des escapades sur La Baule, mais c'était la 1er fois dans cet hôtel. Nous avons été ravis par l'accueil chaleureux de l'équipe par le petit déjeuner varié et délicieux, ainsi que par notre diner raffiné, Sans oublié le confort de notre chambre un vrai ravissement . Pour nous le Saint Christophe est incontestablement le meilleur hôtel de sa catégorie à la Baule. Nous pensons vite y retourner.

Un hôtel bien situé, dans un joli cadre. Un personnel accueillant et soucieux de votre bien être. Un petit déjeuné de qualité, une mention spéciale pour le jus d’orange pressé ! L’hôtel doit être rénové prochainement. Je découvrirai les changements lors de mon prochain passage à la Baule !
