“We truly enjoyed our stay at this charming farm. The host kindly accommodated our late arrival, and the four of us had a large, room. There was also a lovely play area with a pool, and everything was clean. The best part of our stay was the private breakfast prepared by the owner. He served pasture-raised eggs collected from his chickens that very morning, along with his wife’s delicious homemade jam and the most amazing Normandy honey. Everything felt so authentic and personal—it was almost...

“Charming stay in a beautiful, classical manse in Bayeaux in the Normandy region. Though not in Bayeux town, the location is convenient for a full-day D-Day experience (my reason for visiting). The owner recommended a great place for dinner and provided home-made apricot and red currant confitures, both lovely with croissants and breads.”

“Prachtig huis op een super locatie. Zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw die er alles aan deed om het je naar de zin te maken. Fijne kamer met alle voorzieningen, heerlijk ontbijt.”

“Perfect, perfect, perfect. We stayed here one night and wish we had stayed longer. The best place to stay if you plan to visit any ww2 sites in Normandy. The host was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were tastefully decorated...not over the top. The bathrooms were modern and spotlessly clean as were the bedrooms, the bedding was really good quality and most important for us the mattress was super comfortable. The breakfast the next morning was excellent. Lots of choice to cater for...

“Lovely place. Nice and quiet retreat after a day of exploring but still close enough drive to shopping and eating places. Excellent breakfast.”

“Definitely look no further than here for your lodging! Valarie goes out of her way to make sure you are comfortable and happy! She makes her own pastries and jams which are a delicious part of breakfast. Her home is in the perfect location for anything you want to see. It was the best stay on our 2 1/2 week vacation around France. Thank you so much Valarie!”
