Absolutely everything about this resort was phenomenal, from the views of Arenal, their hot springs pools, the buffet breakfast, the resort shuttle, etc. The staff were all extremely friendly, everyone spoke enough English for us to get by easily. We would recommend this resort to anyone visiting the area.

We loved the ability to relax in the hot springs water, enjoy the very lush grounds and view of Arenal. A bonus was the pizza at the pool restaurant, and the staff service and friendliness there. Excellent place to relax!

Wir hatten hier eine wunderschöne Zeit. Im Zimmer könnten mal der ein oder andere Stuhl und auch Kleiderhaken ergänzt werden, aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau.

It was good overall but it seems like it’s old and didn’t have any renovations or upgrades in a long time. Property has a very nice road you can walk or drive for an incredible view. Lots of pools, slides for kids.

I have no words to describe how amazing this hotel is it’s truly paradise! Everything was perfect, from the shuttle service and reception to every little detail throughout the hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained, and the comfortable bed made our stay even better. The beautiful greenery and peaceful atmosphere made it feel like a dream. I’m truly grateful to every staff member for making our stay so special. If you’re visiting La Fortuna, I highly recommend this hotel. It’s honestly one of the best hotels I’ve ever experienced. I would definitely come back! ❤️

I was very disappointed with this stay. The resort itself is very nice and well maintained. However the rooms is a different story, extremely outdated. Drawers do not close, burned TV, cabinets peeling. Damaged mirrors that you can’t even see yourself in. Overall very deteriorated. I would not stay here again.

El hotel es precioso. Tiene todo lo que buscaba en la zona. Vista preciosa al Volcan, actividades como el Canopy me encanto y el personal muy profesional. Pero los de recepción no saben recomendar sobre todo sabiendo que hay tormenta electrica y lluvia, deben recomendar hacerlo por la mañana. Lo hicimos a las 3pm y todo rapido. Tambien por la noche habiendo tormenta electrica y lluvia no suspenden la entrada a las aguas termales. Que peligroso! Pero a nadie parece importarle. El desayuno buffet es bueno y la comida en el bar el ceviche muy rico! Las instalaciones preciosas Solo mejorar al personal de recepción.

Please make sure to buy water, drinks and snacks before their store closes on the Resort because the staff does not sale water or anything after hours even if you are sick.

Propiedad es hermosa, acogedora y cómoda. Los cuartos son espaciosos y limpios. Todo bien moderno. Hay desayuno buffet riquísimo y el restaurante sirve muy buena comida. El mirador para el volcán arenal es precioso, pero, aunque se puede subir caminando, recomiendo subirlo en auto ya que es un camino extenso. Personal muy amigable y atento. Mi única crítica sería que no está muy bien iluminado en los caminos para las habitaciones. Tuvimos que utilizar el flashlight del teléfono para poder movernos de noche. Espero volver 😍 Nota: foto del cuarto se verá un poco distorsionada ya que la edité para borrar a las personas que se encontraban sentadas ahí.

Really enjoyed our stay at this resort. Rooms are big and clean. The grounds are beautiful and we enjoyed all the pools! The only thing I was disappointed in was not having a nice view of the Arenal Volcano from our Room 150. The other rooms we had booked 152 and 154 did have a view.

The staff and environment was very welcoming to me. I was a solo female traveler and felt safe and comfortable. Food was good and hot springs were accessible and amazing. Only con I had was the walls were very thin in my walls and could hear the people next to me talk and walk around but ultimately didn’t keep me up! Would recommend!

Our stay at the hotel was lovely! All of the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We had decorated the room for a friend who was celebrating, and when we came back after housekeeping had passed by, we were so pleasantly surprised. They had folded the towels into the shape of a cake and even used some of our balloons to complete the decoration. 🎂🎈 It was such a thoughtful and creative gesture and made the celebration feel even more special. We really appreciated the extra effort and attention to detail. Thank you for making our stay so memorable! ❤️
