It was an amazing stay! Having the thermal pool just a few steps from our room made the experience even more special and relaxing. The staff was consistently welcoming, attentive, and responsive, making us feel well taken care of throughout our visit. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely recommend it!

Rooms are big and comfortable. Staff is very friendly and helpful specially the front desk. Breakfast was delicious. The hot springs are amazing!!! Would definitely stay there again

The staff was very helpful and since it is a larger property, was always extra helpful when we needed a ride to the front of the property (to be able to leave the property for an adventure or dinner) and back to our room after we were done, no matter the time of day. The rooms were a bit outdated but clean and comfortable. The included breakfast was very good also.

The hotel was clean and we enjoyed the amenities. The hot springs were great but some were so hot we couldn't get into them. The restaurant was good and the free breakfast was excellent. Our kids had a great time in the pool and seeing the birds.

We had a wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Both the regular pool and the hot springs pools were amazing and very well maintained. Everything was clean throughout the property, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was also delicious, with a great variety of options. The place is so lovely! It rained the whole time we were there and we never saw the volcano but it did not matter. We spent our whole time on the property. The jacuzzi we had was amazing and the food in the restaurants was delicious!
