4/10 Poor

"Very sad. The view of the sagrada familia was very disappointing, the staff was brusque, the shower didn’t drain properly, the air was hard to cool, the room was stuffy with the black out curtain, so we slept with tshirts on our heads. The room was very awkward, no place to open a suitcase, minibar was a joke and no free water provided. Bed was ok and breakfast was ok. Elevators were actually confusing, no way to choose “up” to go to the rooftop, which was also underwhelming but very pretentious. This was a very expensive room that was supposed to be a splurge! Never going back. Ever ever."

"The property is in a great location, near to the tram and metro. It is also next to a tourist bus if that is something you want to do. The man on reception was very nice and checking in and out was efficient and smooth. The staff at the bar were very nice and the drinks and food were good also. Our room was clean, spacious, we had no complaints at all. I would recommend this hotel to others and would stay here again."
