"I stayed with my two sons in a triple room, the room was of a good size, clean and comfortable beds. I had a couple of issues at the beginning of the stay, these were resolved quickly. The rooms were made up every day and a welcome site when returning from a long day exploring Barcelona. We loved the rooftop pool, bar and sitting area, this provided a relaxing escape with an amazing view across the city. We were worried about the location of the hotel, however it was wonderful to return to a quieter part of Barcelona. We found that we could take an 8 minute walk to the metro, alternatively you can also order electric bikes to the hotel, which we would definitely do another time. The beach was a 10-15 minute walk away, we found a quieter stretch which had a great atmosphere. There were plenty of restaurants within a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel, alternatively you can take a 15 minute metro ride to the gothic quarter for lots of choice. The breakfast choice was perfect, with a range of different foods available, a great way to fill up ahead of the day. The staff at the hotel were absolutely amazing in helping me when my bag was stolen on a day out, they were attentive, kind and showed real care. I would love to go back to this hotel. Thank you for a wonderful stay."

"Good location near the Metro and the train station Le Clot. There is a supermarket and also a Catalonian restaurant just in front of the hotel: very convenient. Very welcoming and just renovated common areas of the hotel. Room was simple but comfortable. The only enoying part was the noise of a slamming door that was next to my room. That door gave access to a corridor of rooms, so people would just open it and continue there way while the door would close shut noisily behind them. The door would need a fix."

"Room as expected clean but basic. Perhaps could have been better. Shower over bath no plug if you wanted a bath. Instructions for air conditioning would’ve have been helpful as we couldn’t figure how to turn off the first night. We were not alone. Restaurant good but lacked vegetarian options but staff were helpful only eat there two nights. Breakfast was good. Staff on reception were very helpful to find our way round taxis or buses to get to where we wanted. Spa was excellent and a must visit if staying here."
