“lovely place and people. However, I discovered a failure of communication from Expedia to the hotel. Expedia fails to inform the hotel whether the booking is fully paid. Without the voucher, the hotel had the booking but not this information. A system failure at the Expedia end.”

“This resort has wonderful view with Los Gigantes and also has nice employees. The reception took care of our booking for several leisures(eg. Paragliding) and Aqua restaurant. I also enjoyed songs from the resort’s own restaurant(cant remember name) and they were wonderful singer couple. Comenting about Aqua, it is a indepent restaurant from the resort but located 2nd floor of the resort. They serves nice foods and moods. They cant speak english well but there was no problem just for enjoy...

“Fabulous holiday in this hotel. Apartment was great, bedroom, kitchen and sitting area were all excellent. The large balcony/terrace made the holiday. Fantastic views, sun from approximately 11am onwards. Space for 2 sun beds with room for table and chairs. Very private. The receptionist, Gabriela was excellent, nothing was too much trouble.
