"Great experience during a visit in Quito, place is clean and spacious and have all the basic amenities you'll need, great view of the city from the balcony, and all rooms, check in was available even arriving at 3 am, secure and plenty of food locations and transportation very easy to get, just a short drive or bus ride to quito centro. Host very responsive and helpful."

"When we arrived, the pillows in the room were dirty, and there was no hair dryer for my wife. I called the manager, and they changed them. "Didn't realize this was the same horrible "management" as for prior stay, so endured same horrible property conditions again. Much equipment didn't work, NO attempt to fix anything, rude "help", no airport meet as promised, no change of linens after 2 days, (as promised!). I'd never stay at any of these "Suites" properties in Quito ever again & strongly recommend all these be avoided, so they don't ruin other people's trips as they did mine."

"The property was nice. Very clean and modern. The area was great. However, communication with the host/property manager wasn’t great. I reached out several times before the arrival date to no response. No replies on day of arrival until 30 after check in when I finally got a reply and instructions. The shower with the covering on only one panel means a very wet bathroom floor, even with a floor towel."

"We enjoyed our stay at the Go Quito Hotel. The rooms were clean, stylish, and comfortable, and the views from the rooftop restaurant were absolutely beautiful. The front desk staff were pleasant, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. However, service at the rooftop restaurant was quite slow for both breakfast and dinner, and it often seemed understaffed. The coffee was also never served hot enough. Overall, a very nice hotel with excellent accommodations and views, but the restaurant service could use some improvement."
