“One of the few hotels within the Carcassonne castle. So one can't get access to it by car. The guest has to park his or her car at the Welcome Centre on the outskirts of the castle, and the hotel provides transportation between the Welcome Centre and the hotel. The service was very impressive, but this information should be given before the guest finalizes his or her reservation. “Ravis de notre séjour de deux nuits chez Béatrice et Éric ! Nous avions une suite familiale pour nous 5, hyper calme, spacieux, avec la petite piscine pour se rafraîchir ! Maison avec un charme fou, petits déjeuners excellents, et agréable table d'hôtes en prime si on a la flemme d'aller chercher un resto (mais les hôtes ont de chouettes recommandations !). Bref une réussite, merci !”

“Good hotel. Just what you expect from a Mercure. Comfortable but not special. Kind staff. The lady at the reception was not smiling very much. Nevertheless, she gave us all the information we needed about the city, so no offence. ”
