Charming old building, large room with two windows, both with a view. There is no elevator and it is on the third floor, but place makes up for it. Restaurant and cafes are next door.

The room was small but clean and nice. Coffee machibe was broken so we couldn’t make any coffee. Also we had only one toilet paper roll in the room (for two nights).

Our host Jamie was wonderful. He helped us get to La Maddalena when it was a nightmare from Olbia, then continued amazing service by helping connect us to the right people for scooter rentals and boat tours. We are so grateful for everything he’s done, it truly made for a wonderful trip. Thank-you! Kory and Mary-Ann

The room was very cute and the communication was great. You also can’t get a more convenient location. The views were fantastic. The property could use some upkeep- everything in the bathroom is loose for example : the faucet, the toilet paper holder etc. but that can be relatively easily fixed. I would recommend to the owners to provide some water in the room since the water in the bathroom is not potable. I’d say the one thing helpful to know is that the ferries smell- and you will be breathing ferry exhaust in this room if you are home when they are in port.

BLACK MOLD

Disgusting Black Mold all over the bathroom. Has not been cleaned in a very long time, fixtures were falling apart in very poor condition overall, do not risk your health

If you are looking for a cheap stay this place is clean and well located, but we wouldn’t stay there again because we had to leave our room to access the bathroom through a common hallway. The bathroom was stuffy and there was no ventilation. We couldn’t even keep the door open after a shower because if we did other guests could use it. The staff communicated via WhatsApp and were friendly and quick to reply.

Location fantastica, struttura comodissima da raggiungere ( a due passi dal porto e dagli imbarchi dei traghetti), facilmente accessibile e con personale estremamente preciso, professionale ed educato. Non do 5 stelle solamente per l’odore di umido presente nella stanza al momento dell’arrivo. Per il resto è consigliatissimo.
