Positief: Locatie. Beplanting park mooi en goed onderhouden. Problemen direct opgelost (lampje vervangen, nieuwe waterkoker etc). Opzet van het park. Voor kinderen en jonge pubers ideaal. Groot zwembad. Leuke animatie. Negatief: Bedden kort. Wat achterstallig onderhoud in het appartement. Daardoor niet helemaal meer schoon.

Agréable séjour dans cet hotel, la langue francaise est pas très parlée, mais on arrive de ce faire comprendre,ce qui fait le charme, dans l'ensemble le personnel est sympathique, chambre propre et bonne literie, petit déjeuner et diner agréable

J'ai aimé les espaces extérieur (Piscines et aire de jeux pour enfants). J'ai moins aimé les animations en soirées, pas assez dansantes, beaucoup de jeux de loto et de karaoké, peu de spectacles et concernant les langues parlés, le français est pas ou très peu parlé, par le personnel, c'est l'anglais principalement.

24 hour reception is very good and helpful. Staff speak an array of languages and are always willing to help. Unfortunately, when we went into our room we were greeted by clumps of hair on the floor. The rooms are plain but fine, and the pool and bar are lovely.

Leider sieht man dem Hotel das Alter an. Eine Generalüberholung täte dem Hotel gut. Das App mit 2 Schlafzimmern ausreichend groß, der große Pool war ohne Wasser und im Kinderpool wollten wir nicht schwimmen. Das Frühstücksbüffet war reichlich und für jeden Geschmack was dabei. Nähe zur Einkausmaile und Stadtstrand waren gut.

Really disappointing. when we arrived the place had not been cleaned properly -crumbs and crisps on the floor. Sofa bed was broken. TV picture quality was fuzzy and blurry. suppose to be self catering but no can opener, no bowels noting to wash up with. Just basic plates and tea cups. light not working in living room. Both Fans were broken. Electrics fascia plates coming off. Really noisy- thin walls - can hear everything next door left and right and upstairs. People stomping 2.00 am in the morning. Only good thing was the pool. Everything else was substandard and not like the pictures. No cleaning everyday - they left the place uncleaned for 3 days on the trot. Staff at reception were mixed. One really good and one battleaxe.

Oasis Dunas

Family friendly hotel. Lovely clean pools and plenty of lifeguards. Good choice of food from buffet and catered for my daughter who is vegetarian. Comfortable accommodation with plenty of space. Hotel near all local amenities.

Es war VB für Es war ein schöner Kurzurlaub in Corralejo.Alles war bestens.Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.Gerne noch einmal von uns zubuchen.

The complex was absolutely ideal for what we needed.Very close to main resort and beach and good fun atmosphere around the place.Kids club was excellent and excellent playground on site also. Rooms could do with being upgraded and beds were not the most comfortable.In terms of value for money very hard to beat.

Ok but wouldn't stay again

Very basic, beds were super hard, extra costs for safe which is usual and WiFi ... Wifi was very hit and miss and not worth the extra. Food and drinks were nice and lots of local pubs ... Probably a little older clientele but the price we paid for a week in the sun it was ok .. we ventured out to lanzorote and wished we had stayed there as a younger holiday makers ... Probably wouldn't stay again ok for families and older customers felt safe but the hotel and area was too quiet for us

Renovierung längst überfällig

Die Möbel der Unterkunft haben ihre besten Zeiten hinter sich. Bettwäsche gab es teilweise mit Flecken. Am Pool war es gefährlich die Treppe nach aussen zu benutzen und wenn man rein ging, ist man regelmäßig ausgerutscht.

Hotel op een goede locatie

Hotel was wat oud maar alles was goed te doen. Bedden waren heerlijk, alleen die van mij kraakte bij het omdraaien. Leuk terras. Wij zaten met nog een stel op de begane grond aan een prachtige tuin. Locatie was prima, klein stukje lopen en je zat in het leuke centrum. Supermarkten in de buurt. Als je vanaf de uitgang naar links loopt, kom je nog een leuk winkelcentrum tegen met ook een grote Dino supermarkt met verse broodjes. Ook worden daar geregeld marktmeester gehouden. Al met al een super vakantie gehad.

Very Budget accommodation .. not very well explained on how to find you apartment especially when arriving at night as the place is like a maze . Not much going on in the evening’s there but it was only the beginning of March ... pools were great 👍

Good location shame about hotel conditions

We found the complex very tired looking and in need of a complete renovation to bring it back to the high standard we had experienced on a previous stay more than 8 years ago. We will not be staying at this hotel again.

Eine Anlage die wohl in die Jahre gekommen ist,aber sehr schön angelegt. Frühstück gut,Poolbar gut,schöne Poollandschaft,Zimmer veraltet aber sauber.Englisches Publikum überwiegt hier,was aber von der Stimmung nicht schlecht ist.Die regen sich nicht immer über alles sofort auf. Die Rezeption waren immer ansprechbar und hilfbereit. Wem es in der Bar zu laut war,hatte die Möglichkeit,vorne in der stilvoll eingerichtetenTaste Bar in Ruhe was zu trinken. Im Moment für mich,uns ein gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Gerne wieder.

Another great stay at this lovely complex. The heated pool was fabulous for the children. The rooms are quite dated but for the price very acceptable. I would definitely return again in the future.
