Beautiful property. Boutique. Lovely rooms. Great breakfast. There was a clothes washing outdoor station! €4 to wash a full load of clothes. A couple of little local restaurants - nothing fancy but very good. Highly recommend. Room 316 - duplex with extra large terrace with a huge double bed cane teepee.

Room was lovely - hob and microwave for cooking. Living room area- sofa v uncomfortable Bed - v uncomfortable - had to make a bed out of pillows to get anything close to a good night's sleep Location - we knew the hotel was remote but didn't realise it was right by the busy coastal road. Pool area and terrace therefore never quiet. Good breakfast. Good communication with staff.

The Shambhala aparthotel was a very nice place to stay. As we enjoyed out overall stay, we do have note that the matras was terrible to sleep on and gave us terrible back and shoulder pains. My advice would be to have them replaced! In terms of the location Parque Holandes… The only restaurant worth visiting is Don Pepè at the start of the parque. Because of the isolated part the parque is located a car is surely advisable. Other than that we enjoyed our stay at Fuerteventura at the Shambhala.

Lisa is very helpful and responsive. Great service of hospitality. We have the luck to have our room upgraded to pool side. The whole experience is enriched. Everything is clean and sufficient in our room. Free parking on streets or public car park outside the property is convenient and safe. The location is not in the centre but there is no problem because we have rented a car. Few options on restaurants and a mini store is within 5 minutes walk.

Das Zimmer entsprach leider nicht den grundlegenden Hygiene- und Sicherheitsstandards. Während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts gab es Probleme mit Insekten im Schlafzimmer und im Badezimmer. Auch nach einer angekündigten „Double Cleaning“-Reinigung blieb ein totes Insekt sichtbar an der Decke, was den Eindruck erweckte, dass die Reinigung nicht gründlich durchgeführt wurde. Zusätzlich kam es zu einem Wasseraustritt im Schlafzimmer, wodurch der Fliesenboden nass und rutschig war. Dies stellte insbesondere nachts ein Sicherheitsrisiko dar. Die versprochene Reinigung brachte für uns keine spürbare Verbesserung. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt dadurch stark beeinträchtigt. Ich buche seit Jahren regelmäßig gut bewertete Unterkünfte und habe mich bisher kaum beschwert. Umso enttäuschender war diese Erfahrung, die nicht den Erwartungen an diese Unterkunft entsprach.

Wirklich sehr schöne Unterkunft. Es ist ein Mittelding zwischen AirBnb und Hotel. Die Betreiber waren sehr freundlich. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner. Auch das Frühstück ist sehr lecker. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Unterkunft war sauber und sehr gepflegt. Das Personal war sehr nett. Jedoch war es je nachdem welcher Nachbar im Nebenzimmer gewohnt hat recht laut. Alles in allem war es sehr schön. Sehr zu empfehlen

Schöne, gepflegte, moderne Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage mit genügend Parkmöglichkeiten. Toller Sandstrand 5/10 min mit dem Auto entfernt. Die Zimmer haben alles was man braucht und die Kommunikation mit dem Hotel war super. In dem Ort waren leider nur wenige Restaurants und ein kleiner Einkaufsladen. Ein Auto ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

Belles installations récentes, surtout la piscine. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié le balcon. Emplacement agréable pour visiter tous les coins de l’île et très près des magnifiques dunes de Corralejo. L’appartement offrait tout le nécessaire pour se faire à manger. Excellente communication de la réception pour l’enregistrement en ligne en dehors des heures d’ouverture de la réception. Seul point négatif est le Wi-Fi qui ne fonctionnait pas très bien.

Sehr schöne und gut gelegene Unterkunft. Wir haben ein kostenloses Upgrade bekommen und hatten eine tolle Wohnung mit Balkon und Dachterasse und Meerblick. Alle waren super lieb. Wir fanden die Lage sehr gut, mit dem Auto ist es nicht weit zu den Dünen oder El Cortillo (diese Orte fanden wir am schönsten). Haben aber auch einen Tagesausflug in den Süden und ins Inselinnere unternommen. Die Küche war super gut ausgestattet (der Kühlschrank war aber nicht sonderlich sauber) aber es war über Weinglaser, Toaster, Pfanne etc alles da. Das Bad hatte einen super Föhn (oftmals gibt es nur leistungsschwache Geräte). Die Wohnungen sind etwas hellhörig und ja die Autos an der Straße hört man, aber uns hat das nicht gestört. Wir waren super happy und würden wieder kommen!
