"I experienced multiple issues during my stay, including poor hygiene (water leaking from the bathroom ceiling with visible mould, and an insect found in food), excessive noise from unannounced maintenance work, and very inconsistent customer service. I was moved to a lower-category room than booked and had to unpack and repack my luggage multiple times due to unclear communication. Despite these issues being caused by the hotel, there was no clear apology or confirmed compensation. As a result, I declined the suggested vouchers and will not stay at this hotel or use this hotel chain again."
