The hotel is an oasis. It's clean, professional and quiet. But step outside, it's crowded, noisy and too close to the urban madness. Vehicle fumes in La Paz is terrible. The surrounding area is no exception.

This is a good hotel, centrically well located in Downtown La Paz. The rooms are very very clean, and the area is quiet by nights. Their breakfast is fine. The girl and the two guys at the desk are very kind and they are always glad to give you any information about the area and the city. Mr Franco and Mr Mauricio at the desk: Five points for them as well as for the girl, they are so polite. I miss La Paz, which is an "Adventure Place" ( the Sky Cable Car which you can take to "fly" around the city has a station called Purple Line ( Linea Morada ) which is close to the hotel, the views from upthere are amazing. I miss this hotel too, I really felt like at home at Madero Hotel. Thank you for treating me so well.

Very accommodating.

The most flexible hotel I have stayed at! When we had a delayed bus and needed to change our booking at short notice, the hotel obliged and gave us a room immediately without making us pay for the room we no longer needed on a different date. I am very happy at how flexible and obliging they were. We stayed in a suite and it was a huge room with everything that you needed. The gas heater kept it very warm too.

Excellent

The room and service was fantastic. We could not have asked for more from the room which was very comfortable, modern and warm equipped with a gas heater and lots of blankets. This felt very upmarket for La Paz but at a very good price. The communication before and during my stay was brilliant too. The only slight negative would be the breakfast but there was still enough food and drink to keep us going for the day. But the usual Bolivian dry bread! And they gave us a take away breakfast when we left early on trips too.

it one of the best hotel that i stayed on this trip to bolivia and in case that i will go back to la paz i would stay at the same hotel the staff are very friendly and they help me to organise my trip to copacampana and also to the death road in really good price the location of the hotel is also good and safe

The staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. My only complaint is that the rooms were a little on the warm side and so we opened up the window to cool it down. Then the street noise was too much to sleep.

Great central hotel

Very well situated hotel close to main street. Nice new hotel. No aircon for summer. People on reception helpful. Restaurant on top floor was lovely. The menu was totally in Spanish with no English. The wait staff also did not understand english. Im sure we are not the only English speaking guests. A suggestion to include English on the menu would be helpful.

From the initial greeting as we arrived to arranging our taxi to depart at 3 AM for the airport the staff was helpful and very professional. The large room was very clean, the location was very convenient and the breakfast/ cafe was a bonus.

It was generally good however I wasn’t given the room I booked. I booked a king suite however I was given what looked like a suite with 2x double beds. It was clean and decent which is why I’m giving 3stars, but it felt like a downgrade.
