Durante la cena, el tipo encargado de la carta del restaurante NO QUIZO servirnos la carta en la mesa dispuesta para mascotas, pues no teníamos mascotas. A lo cual entendimos sin problema. Pero en la mesa del lado, llegaron dos personas, sin mascotas y el tipo les sirvió la carta y la comida a ellos sin problemas. Lo cual me pareció un un acto de discriminación, yo y mi familia, estábamos de turismo en España, y el tipo éste se negó a prestarnos el servicios, pero a la otra pareja de personas que llegaron a la mesa Españoles y ellos sin mascotas fueron atendidos. Mientras a mí familia y a mí nos negaron el servicio en la misma zona del restaurante. Necesito ENMIENDA a éste hecho. En las cámaras de seguridad pueden ver lo ocurrido ayer, sábado 22 de agosto, entre las 9 - 10pm.

Bonjour, La 1er nuit a été parfaite. La 2 eme nuit nous avons signalé en fin de journée que la clim ne fonctionnait plus, après contrôle du responsable toujours pas de clim aussi avons nous décidé de dormir la fenêtre ouverte mais cela n'a pas était possible car elle donné sur un jardin ou avez lieu un mariage et beaucoup de bruit jusqu'à 3/4 heures du matin. On ne nous a pas proposé un changement de chambre. Au petit déjeuner pris au bar le matin nous avons expliqué avoir très mal dormi à cause du bruit et de la clim qui ne fonctionnait pas, aucune excuse et commercialement on aurait pu nous l'offrir en geste commercial (le petit déjeuner aux environs de 10€) , mais rien de tour cela. Avoir payé 89.03 € pour mal dormir et sans excuses cela fait cher la nuit. En attente de votre retour, cordialement. Jean Claude ROMARY

Las fotos se ve muy bonito, pero la habitación que nos tocó era mas vieja,le falta mantenimiento a este hotel, y cambiar colchones.Pero por el precio que tiene pues no esta mal para una noche, descansar y seguir la ruta.

El alojamiento ha sido muy bueno, la limpieza de diez y el trato con la gente excelente, y facilidad para el aparcamiento. Esta en un lugar muy tranquilo ideal para descansar después de ir a visitar los pueblos con encanto que hay en la zona y sus castillos.

Habitación un 8, restaurante un 4.

La habitación muy bien, actual y cómoda. El servicio en recepción también genial. Pero desayunamos en el restaurante del hotel y tardaron más de media hora en traerme una tostada y cuando la trajeron no era una tostada, era un bocadillo, pedí mi tostada y esperé otra media hora, viendo que no la traían me acerqué a la barra a reclamarla y me la trajeron fría. Lo llego a saber y no desayuno allí.

Estuve de vacaciones con mis padres tres noches y súper bien. Las habitaciones están bien de precio y estéticamente bastante bien, lo único malo que podría comentar de la habitación es que el lavabo estaba sujeto con un listón de madera y el grifo estaba muy cerca, estaría mejor uno más largo. La ubicación está bien porque el pueblo es tranquilo y de Huesca estás en coche a 15-20 minutos. El restaurante del hotel es bonito y está bien para tomarte algo, para comer o cenar ya lo veo un poco caro para la calidad que es, y para desayunar si pedís tostadas pedir media porque son bastante grandes, literalmente te ponen media barra. Los camareros nos atendieron muy bien sobre todo una camarera que no recuerdo su nombre, solo se que es sevillana. Si volviese a Huesca no dudaría de volver a este hotel, lo recomiendo.

El mantenimiento es escaso, el grifo del lavabo estaba suelto y hacía que el agua cayera el suelo.Las personas no somos cuidadosos y matamos los mosquitos con la suela del calzado, dejando la huella de la suela y manchando la pintura. Las almohadas muy bajas. El personal super amable y el desayuno muy rico.

Excelente lugar, lo utilizamos como puente de descanso para ir a los pirineos... Única critica constructiva, mejorar la hora del Check in... Esperar hasta las 4pm para acceder a la habitación es un horario muy tardío... Gracias
