"Llegué a la hora indicada y no me recibieron. Éramos 13 personas en espera de ubicación. La portería, propietario y administrador de la propiedad argumentaron que no tenían ningún tipo de vínculo con Hotels.com. y que ellos no tenían ninguna reserva. Que para estas fechas el valor era otro y la cantidad mínima de noches eran 4. Cuando pude tener señal ya después de 7 horas de espera Hotels.com me respondió autorizando el reembolso para ubicarme como indemnización en otro hospedaje."

"What a great place! The pics don’t tell the whole story. Very secure and Beatris was amazing. She cooked for us and always cleaned up and was truly one of the the better things about the place! "

"Property was great. It was super clean and the entire building was really clean. The pool is also clean and walking distance to the beach. Please note that you have to reserve umbrella and chairs at an extra cost via an app. You reserve for the next day the day before so make sure you get it done because they sell out quick. I didn’t realize that the apartments are 30 minutes by car to the city of Cartagena. However, we were able to uber everyday no problem, but if that’s an issue for you, this...

"The staff was very attentive, helpful and super friendly! The food was delicious and there was always variety from different meats, rice, fruits and desserts. The drinks were always refreshing. I really enjoyed how welcoming and approachable the staff was. I was also impressed by how involved management was and very personable. I enjoyed my stay here because thanks to Chester/Franklin there was always entertainment whether it was in the inside bar or by the pool. I went as a trip with 2 other friends but this resort was also kid friendly with activities by the pool. I highly recommend this resort, the views were fantastic!"

"Our first family vacation after having our first baby was a success here at Dreams in Cartagena. The service was the best part of it all. All staff was very friendly. The premier lounge and spa teams were the most helpful for us. The premier lounge team was always there to assist with our needs. The spa team made some wonderful exceptions for my wife and I to enjoy their services, regardless of having the baby with us. "

Disconnect and enjoy!

"Very affordable hotel with nice installations to disconnect form the world and enjoy nature. Located at approx. 300 feet from the beach. It is located inside the Bahia Del Sol community, 30 minutes from Cartagena. We rented a car to go around (no public transportation available). We love it! The restaurant's food and the people are great! "
