Well worth a visit!

Fantastic hotel in almost every respect - the only negative was the quality/pricing of the dinner in their own restaurant which didn’t hit the mark for ‘fine dining’ though breakfast in the same venue was very good!

Truly wonderful

The rooms are beautifully decorated and very clean as are all of the public areas. Very attentive and polite staff throughout our stay in all areas of the hotel. Breakfast was extensive with extras available from the kitchen. We ate in the restaurant one evening and the food was fabulous. The bar very comfortable and welcoming. We used the spa and again it was clean and an experience to enjoy. Absolutely recommend a stay here.

The receptionist at the spa was amazing and the woman who did my massage was one of the best ever! I would look for somewhere else to eat than the restaurant on the premises. it was awful, the manager and staff were not professional. They added bacon to an item that didn't mention bacon at all. Bacon makes me sick. They were incredibly rude.

Modern, elegant property with everything available to make it a most comfortable stay. Loved the indoor pool as lovely to unwind at the end of the day. The staff were very welcoming and very attentive especially at breakfast and dinner. Will come back again!

Palvelutaso ja osaaminen ei vastaa 5 tähteä

Hotellipalvelu ei vastannut viittä tähteä, se oli kasvotonta, henkilökunta oli liian kokematonta, ei vastaa 5 tähden palvelun osaamista. Oli erikoista, että spaahan piti varata aika joka päivä ja esim. yritimme varata aamulla klo 9, mutta se ei onnistunut, koska spavastaava tulee vasta klo 10. Sovimme, että hän varaa ja saamme tiedon kun tulemme rinteestä. Ilmeisesti vastaanottohenkilö ei ollut muistanut tehdä varausta koska kun palasimme ip niin meille ei ollutkaan vapaata spa-aikaa. Käsittämätöntä että heillä ei ole reaaliaikaista varauslistaa aamulla. Tarjoilijat olivat nuoria ja puuttui sellainen mukava kohteliaisuus ja ilmeni organisointikyvyttömyyttä, samaa asiaa hoti monta. Huomasin, että aamiaisella he pyyhkivät samalla rievulla istuimet ja pöydät, näin kävi joka aamu. Munakokkeli oli kylmää, jugurttikulhoja sai pyytää kun oli loppu. Tilasin pannukakkuja ja ne eivät kyllä olleet juuri tehtyjä, vaikuttivat kaupan valmiilta pannukakuilta. Muuten aamiainen oli hyvä. Ravintolan illallinen oli todella kallis ja niinpä me ja monet hotellin asukkaat illallistivat kylän ravintoloissa, muutama hassu oli ravintolassa. Baarin yhteydessä sai hivenen edullisempia aterioita. Siivouksesta: huoneet olivat ok, mutta käytävät huonosti imuroitu, samat roskat, nukat viikon ja nurkat pölyiset, sama hiekkakasa rappukäytävässä useita päiviä Yleisissä tiloissa olevassa naistenhuoneessa, skiroomin lähellä, saippua oli loppu useita päiviä kunnes pyysin.

People who work at the hotel are super sweet and helpful. The hotel itself feels like a big chalet, chic and cozy. Really home away from home. Even the short drive to gondola didn’t bother me as it was organized and smooth.

We had an amazing time at Montana lodge. The level of service is excellent and we were made to feel truly welcome. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful in organising restaurants, ski hire, lessons and lift passes. We shall return!

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte in questo hotel. Il soggiorno è stato piacevole e la spa molto bella anche se non molto grande. La camera spaziosa, pulita e bellissima con un terrazzino molto piacevole con vista su giardino e montagne. Garage disponibile in loco senza pagamento extra. Molto comoda la possibilità di poter usufruire delle bibite del frigo in camera senza dover pagare i soliti sovraprezzi esagerati. Per quanto riguarda la colazione buona ma non eccezionale.
