Belle localisation mais plusieurs points négatifs

Résidence très bien située. À 2 pas de la plage et du centre-ville. Toutefois, elle nécessite un bon rafraîchissement. Les photos du site ne reflètent pas la réalité (ci-joint des photos). La piscine est propre et suffisamment grande. En revanche, les transats ne sont pas équipés de parasols. Par ailleurs, l’appartement manque de confort (literie notamment et oreillers) et d’équipements (pas de ventilateur donc nuits difficiles avec la chaleur, manque d’ustensiles comme un ouvre boîtes ou des ciseaux). Certains équipements mériteraient d’être remplacés (rideau déchiré, porte de frigo fendue sur le haut, canapé clic-clac usé). Gros point noir également : le stationnement. Pas de parking. On peut louer une place dans le parking privé qui est géré par le syndicat de copropriété sous réserve de places disponibles (60€ la semaine en haute saison). Globalement, malgré les différents points à améliorer, le séjour s’est bien déroulé grâce à l’emplacement exceptionnel de la résidence et à la gentillesse de l’équipe de l’accueil.

Un week end

Très localisation, personnel au top . L'appartement est tres bien pour un week end a l'exception du dit parental légèrement inconfortable. Je le recommande pour weeke end au calme en famille.

Un grand merci !

Merci à cet établissement d'avoir fermé ses portes à 19h, sans moyen d'y accéder après 19h. Pourtant nous avions réservés et payés à l'avance la réservation et nous avons essayé, en vain, de les contacter pour prévenir de notre retard de 20 minutes...! Obligés de trouver un autre établissement en urgence le week-end de Pâques ! Merci de nous avoir planté là, grâce à vous nous avons découvert un autre hôtel Des Dunes, où nous avons été accueillis gentiment par des professionnels très sympathiques dans un établissement au top ! Bon courage pour les employés de la Résidence de l'Océan, ça doit pas être facile de travailler dans cet état d'esprit !
