Really enjoyed my stay at the Carlton City Hotel Singapore. The staff provided outstanding service and were especially helpful and attentive to my needs and questions about city attractions and transportation! Additionally, I was extremely touched by the thoughtfulness of the staff and their attention to detail. The members of the cleaning staff were always extremely kind and courteous whenever I saw them in the morning. Superb service from all staff. I can remember a few of the names, Chloe - check in was fast and friendly, Max - pool bar was talkative and informative, Ivan - breakfast was happy and accommodating. Quality hotel. I will definitely be recommending it to anyone.
