I book a room with the highest price for the best room. But when I enter to the room, I saw 3 bad things. 1st the sink had a quire big fracture. 2nd the toilet was very terrible. 3rd I saw a blood stain on the blanket. So I informed the receiptionis all about the bad things. The receiptionis told me to change the room. Finally, I got the news proper room.

Good place, dont sell alcohol dont use the shuttle
Great hotel, nice views, pay for the room with view to the beach won't regret it. However the place dont sell any alcohol so be aware. Wifi comes and goes not reliable. breakfast is alright.

The staff was great, very pretty surroundings near pool, koi pond, nice landscaping. Free airport shuttle on request.

Las toallas solo eran las de baño. No habia toallas de mano y no suministraban extras, solo una por perdona de baño. No habia papel de inodoro de repuesto. Estaban dando mantenimiento al hotel y habia mucho ruido con los trabajadores. El internet no funciono durante casi dos dias, en la habitacion pues le estaban dando mantenimiento. Nos gusto la vista desde la habitacion al mar

Nice location on the water within walking distance to town. We saw the most amazing sunsets from the property on our two nights there. Breakfast was included but wasnt that great. The restaurant in the hotel was very good. Room was clean, just a little dated. Overall, it was a good stay. Our base while exploring Komodo.

We are my niece and I arriving evening, check-in was late approximately 7pm. We booked 2 (two) separate room. The hotel have an exceptionally good view on the sea side.

Good hotel, great view of harbor
Good hotel, clean, friendly staff, not much English but enough to get around, nice pool, and excellent view of the harbor, sunset from the room is nicer than from the pier. The rooms are okay, nothing fancy but gets the job done, and a good price considering the view. All in all a good stay

多少立地が不便ですが景色とファシリティは、ラブアンバジョでは貴重な存在
小規模なホテルが多いコモドで、中規模でファシリティもそこそこの貴重な存在かと思います。お湯はしっかり出るし、エアコンもWiFiも満足なレベルです。食堂が常にオープンしているのもありがたいです。景色もいいですね。朝食はショボいですが、コモドの中では、まあそこそこ。空港までフリーで送ってもらえました。おそらくお迎えもフリーかもしれません。街中の小さなホテルの場合はタクシーで400円かかります。乗るのは10分未満ですが。 ATMもホテル入り口にあります。唯一残念なのが歩いて行ける範囲にコンビニやスーパーがない事かな。divingショップ群のある中心まで歩くのはしんどい。タクシー呼ぶと50万ルピア400円。中心や桟橋からホテル戻る際はバイクタクシーが拾えるので20万ルピア160円ですみます。ホテル中心から離れている分、静かでいいですけどね。バリのサヌールエリアだとこのレベルのホテルは4000円ぐらいですが、ここは6000円ぐらいですね。まあ全般的に全てバリより高めなのでしょうがないと思います。

Proche du centre-ville mais au calme. Navette disponible à l hôtel pour un prix correct. Grand établissement et travaux d agrandissement en cours donc bruyant. Plage de l hôtel à oublier car c est un tas de déchets!!! Scandaleux!!! Malgré tout jolie chambre et un buffet de choix pour le petit déjeuner.

Unforgettable holiday.
The hotel is clean and has a good breakfast. The staff go out of their way to help. The location is perfect. A pleasant 10 minute walk to the centre of Labuan Bajo, a view of the bay to die for and a pier to catch a speed boat to the islands. Holidays don't come much better. A touch of luxury at a very good price.

The place "looks nice", and the view from my Seaview Room was stunning, but the place is filthy and nothing works and the staff is not adept at English. There was dirt all over the wall, quite obvious, if you put your hand on many things, like horizontal surfaces or handrails, it turned black with dirt. I saw people working all over at cleaning, but I don't think they know HOW to clean, it is not moving dirty water around on the floor with a filthy mop..hint, hint. No one claimed to have an electric converter to use or to sell....later I noticed one in the restaurant just sitting there unused, but I'd already spent my $$ on one in town after taxi rides . Also, they need skilled painters to repaint all the rooms and common areas with a fresh coat of paint. The restaurant is full of flies, they need to do something about it, screens or enclosures, as one is constantly waving them off the food, making it suspect of sanitary condition. They are constructing a huge new building extension adjacent to the building, so much was roped off and there was some noise. Fortunately it was not too loud and I was gone most of the day. The hotel is just far enough out of town to require a taxi, but not far and quite honestly, after walking around noisy bustling LBJ, I was glad it was a bit out of the way. On the positive side, a receptionist there, put together a wonderful day tour for me to the waterfall and Cave...very thoughtful and reliable. I am trying to give constructive review for them

Good value accomodation with outstanding views.
A comfortable hotel with amazing views from the Seaview side. Friendly staff who were helpful. It was an almost there hotel experience. A lovely pool with swim up bar facility but no bar or staff there. The restaurant was large and airy but sparsely finished. The food however was freshly prepared and tasty. The jetty attached to the hotel was the starting and finishing point for some of the local island tours which was a bonus. The hotel is conveniently located about a 10 minute walk into the centre of town. Currently they are building a new wing to the hotel which will double the size of it. There is also a new development next door housing restaurants,bars, music and dancing due for completion about September 2018 that will provide more entertainment options in the area. Overall a pleasant stay that represented good value. Would visit again.

Pretty view, good hotel 夕陽がキレイ
Stayed at La prima one night before going to Komodo. Staff were nice; they replied quickly when I asked questions by email and there was a shuttle driver waiting for us when we arrived at Komodo airport. Little away from the town, that is why relaxing and quiet, but only 15 to 20 minutes by walk to the central area. Safe to walk to town even with kids if during the daytime. The room was getting old, but clean and spacious. Nice sun set view from the room. The room we stayed, delux room, had a bath tub. Hot water did not last long, though. The breakfast was limited, but it was OK. Free pick up& drop off at Komodo airport (10-15 minutes). Shuttle to town was 50000 IDR one way for a group. Beach in front of the hotel was not great, but they had nice pool. Very good hotel whithin walking distance to the town. コモド観光へ行く際に利用しました。スタッフは皆親切で、メールでの対応も早く、空港に到着した際にもドライバーさんがちゃんと待っていてくれました。少々老朽化してはいますが、部屋は広く清潔です。部屋からの景色、特に夕陽が良かったです。お湯はあまり長く持ちませんが、デラックスルームにはバスタブもありました。この値段帯のラブハンバジョのホテルでは珍しいと思います。町の中心まで歩いて15分～20分ほどかかりますが、昼間ならば子連れでも治安的に問題ありません。空港までの送迎は無料ですが(10～15分）町までのシャトルは1グループ片道50000ルピアでした。 朝食はあまり豊富ではありませんでした。ホテル前のビーチもあまりきれいではありませんでしたが、プールは広々していました。ラブハンバジョ、特に町まで歩いて行ける距離と考えると良いホテルだと思います。

Hotel needs to be upgraded
The hotel is in a great location but is in a serious need of an upgrade and clean, The walls are dirty throughout the hotel and all the towels are stained and are in different colours. The staff are friendly and do not always speak the best english but they always try their best.

The Delux room I stayed at was ok, the view from the 5th floor was wonderful, however the shower in the bathroom was disappointing due to the lack of water pressure you were struggling to have a shower. The English at the front desk was not the best, however which was very disappointing was a never received my wake - up call at 04:15am to go to see the Komodo Dragon which was the main reason for visiting Flores. The guy at the reception was asleep luckily for me I had set the alarm on y I phone. The receptionist also still half asleep at 04:30am gave me the wrong takeaway breakfast for my trip, when I complained about the services I was getting I asked to see the manager in charge. I was told that he was on holidays & then ask who was the next in charge & got a reply nobody!!. Breakfast was also disappointing with slow cleaning the breakfast tables, the morning juices like orange kept running out & was slow to be filled. The food was cold due to the trays lids being opened by the hotel guests. Overall standard of hotel would be 3/10 disappointing. The only glimmer of light was a guy called UNNO who was very helpful & his English was OK. No lifeguard around the pool after 06:00pm even though pool stayed open until 08:00pm

Large hotel not too far from the centre
One of the large hotels, 15 minutes walk from the main centre street in Labouan bajo. But better take a taxi when dark. Did not swim in the sea, not particularly nice or clean, but pool area is fine! The rooms are a bit dated, and very simple. But its a good place to stay as a base for trips to the wonderful islands of Komodo, Rinca, Pradar. These are highly recommended for seeing the Komodo dragon, snorkeling and swimming. Some bad management when we arrived early; they wanted to give us a room without seaview, even if we ordered one with view. We got to switch though.

En general bien. A menos de 10' en coche del aeropuerto. Tiene servicio gratuito de traslado al aeropuerto que funciona muy bien. Desayuno tipo buffet correcto pero algo justo, sin zumos. La cocina para las cenas sirve platos de carta muy bien cocinados (precios algo elevados respecto a la media general) y preparados en el momento (por eso sirven con algo de lentitud). Wifi solamente disponible en lobby y comedor. Aunque tiene una gran piscina y una zona de jardín con tumbonas orientada al mar (puesta de sol incluida!), NO tiene playa ni hay una playa practicable en los alrededores.

Buenas instalaciones pero mal mantenimiento
Las instalaciones del hotel son bastante buenas. Las habitaciones son amplias, recepción agradable y abierta. La piscina es estupenda así como sus alrededores. Pero el mantenimiento del hotel así como la limpieza son deficientes. Por ejemplo, los aseos de la piscina tienen el porta papel el higiénico y el botón de la cisterna totalmente corroídos por su cercanía al mar. En la habitación la alfombrilla del cuarto de baño y las toallas con manchas de tanto usarse y color bastante alejado del blanco. Las sábanas manchadas etc. El personal de recepción eficiente y agradable, el resto le falta entrenamiento sobre como tratar al cliente. El hotel está en primera linea de playa, pero eso sí una playa sucia e llena de algas. La situación no es céntrica está a unos 20 minutos del centro. El hotel tiene un servicio de coches con conductor que te pueden transportar a donde desees ( previo pago). Sin embargo, el transporte de ida y vueltal al aeropuerto es gratis.

So close..I'd still stay again
The place could be SO nice if they just did a paint job and some deep cleaning! The beds are comfy, view is great etc. But the walls had some blood on it (creepy) and the corners of the shower just needed scrubbing. Also - the Wifi doesnt work and doesnt reach the actual guestrooms. We are in 2017 - that should be a no brainier.

The hotel location and common areas are perfect and clean, but the room needs to be painted and have a better maintenance. It was in general clean, but because of the bad conditions of the wall it seemed to be dirty and less comfortable. It would be great if you take care of the trash at the beach since we wanted to swim, but it was not possible because of it. The pool, restaurant and staff was the best! Thank you!

Stunning sunsets
Magnificent views, good swimming pool, breakfast was acceptable but not great. They were building a hotel extension which was noisy during the day but most guests were out during the daytime exploring the area. Just a 5 min ride to the town centre. there is no beach to speak of at the hotel but a long beach a few minutes walk away but a lot of rubbish. For the price this hotel is amazing, we would certainly return there. Bedroom furniture was new.

Nous avons terminé notre voyage de ces îles magnifiques de Komodo par cet hotel afin d'être plus proche de l'aéroport le lendemain matin Mais quel dommage, aprés avoir logé dans des resorts superbes de terminer dans un hotel aussi sale( ne regardez surtout pas sous le lit car c'est une horreur vous trouverez des mégots des pantoufles et de la poussière.....) Le petit déjeuner le matin est tout à fait quelconque

Dirty, no management/service. Not worth the $$
Dirty room with scuff marks all over the wall. The bathroom was a mess, with peeling paint and mildew all over the wall. The a/c was not working, and it took maintenance over 4 hours to fix it. There is not management on site, and the kids working with desk were incapable of moving us to another room.
