Booked for my relative , paid ,checked in for him and everything.Uploaded his ID too. Staff still threatened to not let him in without me as Iam the owner of the card used even though he had the card with him. Stated next time I have to be WITH him when he is checking in. Never mind they could simply have asked for a card authorization from me. Called front desk a few days later on 30th Nov, asking why they would require me to be there physically ,the man all acting non- chalant and bored ,stating I should have given card authorization, knowing damn well they did not ask or send me one, just told him they won’t let him in without me. Terrible customer services.
