“I don't usually write reviews but this one deserves it. The hotel is beautiful, with large rooms and balcony. The staff was simply amazing: they prepared breakfast earlier for the runners participating to the trail event, they were flexible on the check-out time. We loved our stay! We highly recommend Vanessa if you stay in Verbier”

“Terrible experience. The most unhelpful and most unaccommodating management. Rude. The most basic place for the price of being in the centre of a ski resort like Verbier. No facilities in the rooms. Breakfast was basic. No hot food available. Middle of nowhere. Misrepresented photos of the place. Not a hotel but hostel. Watch the cancellation policy of 30 days! Stay away.”

“Probably the best hotel room we have ever stayed in. Immaculately clean, spacious, design of the room was very well thought out. Breakfast was amazing, had everything and catered for all diets. Staff were very polite. Due to a problem with air con we were up graded - this was at check in - so didn't even have to go to the original room - it was all sorted before we got there. We would love to come back.”

“While the hotel offers a great location and reasonable pricing, the condition of the room was highly disappointing. Upon arrival, the room had not been cleaned. Additionally, the windows were broken and could not be opened, causing the indoor temperature to exceed 30°C. The small fan provided was completely insufficient to cool the room. The bathroom was the most problematic area. The door would not close properly, and the shower door was broken and replaced by a curtain that significantly...
