The room was clean, and there was a great view from the balcony. No elevator, but that was okay with us. The staff were helpful when I requested an extra blanket. Breakfast buffet is included, although some of the options were a bit unappetizing (flies on the bread, avocado going black). Super convenient location right next to the bus/train station. Overall it was a good experience.

This place was lovely. They were flexible and helpful with check-in and other accommodations, as were traveling on a hectic schedule. The room was nice and very clean, and had an incredible view of the mountains!

Rooms are comfortable and clean. One minute walk to an easy train then cable car ride to Verbier. The restaurant is next level (foodies will be impressed) and the staff are some of the nicest people I’ve met.

Super helpful and friendly staff who couldn’t do enough for us. Really conviennent for thé local trains and busses and the Tour de Mont Blanc. Luggage transfers were not a problem from here. Must mention the amazing quality of the food at the restaurant, we were so impressed.

We had a very tasty dinner when we arrived, the food was excellent and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The only downside was the number of flies in the restaurant, which were quite bothersome. I’d suggest looking into a solution for that, as it took away from an otherwise good experience.

They property was no-frills functional and perhaps a bit more. The rooms were basic and checked all the boxes. Comfortable beds, clean linens, desk, mini fridge, good bathroom storage, access to power/outlets and a very friendly dining amenity with breakfast included and ample parking. Didn’t eat in the restaurant and likely would have given the opportunity. Rather picturesque surroundings. We stayed in the annex building and would recommend the main building on a higher floor if I had to do over. Great value for the price.

Hotel was nice & comfortable. I didn't like the service at breakfast time. I asked for decaff coffee on the first day and received it after I had eaten all my breakfast. Breakfast was open @ 7:0am. Scrambled eggs had been taken by 7:30am and was told no more eggs. So picked other food. When finished and leaving restaurant they brought out more egg. 2nd day asked for decaff coffee, they never brought it out at all. Very poor service. When checking out and settling up, no one on the service counter. All staff in the restaurant as not enough staff. I had to fetch someone from the restaurant so I could check out.

Great location opposite the train station and Tourism Office so its easy to find. Quite a grand old building. It has a restaurant which is quite exoensive but the cafe which seems to be an extension of the same space including a terrace appeared to serve drinks and had a Plat du jour which was cheaper. Rooms were big and nicely furnished. Good shower.

We loved it!

Great hotel with a fantastic team of staff who give the hotel and bar/restaurant a super friendly and vibrant atmosphere. The room was immaculate. We loved every minute of our 3 night stay.
